Donald Stephens, was awesome he came out. I told him our ac system was running hot, he checked it out an assured that it wasn't running because the compressor wasn't on and what I heard inside was the blower fan. He took the cover off the contactor notice it was burnt no power going to it. Pull out the disconnect and replaced it, started it and check the temperature , the refrigerant which he said was fine at level for cooling, it didn't need any.

I have been Keith Lawson's customer for almost 30 years, they always performed great job. I had a technician names Justin Powell today to service AC and he did most excellent job!!! Called for after hours services, reasonable prices and prompt service. Joe was very professional and fixed our problem quickly, on a Friday evening. He had us squared away within 2 hours of calling.

Five stars all around! The dispatcher was intelligent, a good listener, understood all the details, and even repeated back to me the summary of plumbing service requested! I had to adjust the appointment date and she was just as efficient, courteous and helpful as in the original call. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and competent. The needed repairs were done quickly and correctly. This company should be the only ones you call because they get the job done!

Justin was very thorough and explained what he did. He was extremely polite and professional. I would be glad to have him come to our house anytime. Thanks for the good service. I will remain with Keith Lawson as long as I live here.

I’ve used these guys in the past to install two new HVAC systems (one including ductwork) at two different houses and a tankless water heater at one and they have always been incredible in terms of work quality and price. Most recently we reported an issue with cooling the house and they had Donald out in a couple of hours to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will always recommend KLS to family and friends.

Eiler Natal came out to my home very quickly after I called Keith Lawson Service when my ceiling was leaking from upstairs toilet leakage. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to speak to. He reset and refitted my toilet expertly after clearing the clog that was causing the leak. I recommend you call this company with any plumbing issues and to ask for Eiler Natal.

Called on 05-31-23 and was scheduled for the afternoon of the following day. Eiler and Les arrived shortly afternoon and began assessing my problems. Both were very professional, courteous and friendly. Eiler gave me an estimate for the necessary repairs and upon my approval they began the work. In addition to the work performed, they offered me their professional opinion on some other matters that needed attention. I am more than pleased with the service that they provided and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing installation or repair. Eiler and Les are definitely an asset to the company.

This company tells you upfront they don't guarantee their work. Even when calling back on the same day within hours of service to indicate the problem was unresolved it didn't yield any help. Paid $525 for nothing. Buyer beware. If it's after hours or weekend, keep trying to get someone else.
