Last year, we had a problem with our AC system not blowing the air out appropriately. Donny was not able to find the cause and replaced our coil system. Later they found that the problem was actually due to the filter. Today, I called them to repair our AC system because it’s not cooling appropriately again. They refused to come to check it. The customer service told me “due to what happened last year, they are backing out”. This is very unprofessional. We would not use Donny again.

Came home this evening to a hot house and called Donny's after hours line, not only was the tech courteous but he showed up in a timely manner and had me back up and cooling in no time.Thank you Scott and Donny's . I am always satisfied with your company

We have been a customer of Donny’s Heating and air for the last 4 years. We keep them on a maintenance plan and they provide a great preventive service. Recently our AC went out midday. I called to request and have a technician come out and was given. 3 hour block. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, I receive a message my technician was on the way. When he arrived he did not waste anytime and was able to troubleshoot and replace the faulty part within an hour. Customer service and concern was great. I recommend Donny’s to anyone!

Horrible experience. Buyer beware! This company is highly unprofessional. Their service manager is extremely rude and the office manager would never return any of my calls. They sent an inexperienced tech to our house that took 2 hours to figure out how to fix a minor issue with our AC (that another AC company figured out in 20 minutes the following day) and then overcharged us by double what they quoted on the phone because their service tech was on sight for more than hour. The customer should not be charged extra due to the inexperience of their tech. I called to complain about the extra charge and the service manager argued with me and literally hung up the phone on me mid sentence. This is absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. There are lots of other professional AC companies in town that have great customer service, save yourself the time and money and don't use Donny's!

Donny's has been our go-to company for HVAC for years. We own a home and have four rental properties so we usually have contact with them a few times a year and they've ALWAYS been super professional, prompt, and fair in their pricing. We highly recommend this company!

I have been using Donny’s AC for several years and I have always been happy with their work. I’ve had them do repairs and new installs on rental property as well as my personal residence. Their techs are always professional and knowledgeable and the office staff is prompt and efficient. The one time I had a warranty claim on a new compressor they were onsite that day and within 24 hours of my call they had the part swapped out. I’ve recommended them to a few friends and family members who have all been very happy with them as well. People tend to only leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience but based on my years of using Donny’s this is a company that definitely deserves a 5 star review.

Sam came out within an hour of calling for a service request. He knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He came prepared so that he could fix our problem on the spot. We've had all kinds of trouble with other companies. This was our first time using Donny's. They will definitely be our first call next time our AC needs repair or maintenance.

My HVAC went out during a cold snap this week. I called Donny's on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did the technician arrive later that same day, but the office called me in advance to let me know their approximate arrival time. The technician, Sam, introduced himself, asked me to show him the system and describe the behavior, and had a solution within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, affable and very communicative. He never talked down to me and answered all of the questions I posed thoroughly and professionally. I will definitely contact them in the future for repairs, and am considering buying a replacement system from them as my current one is 19 years old. All-in-all a wonderful experience.

I am very disappointed with Donny's Heating and Air. They were able to fix the problem with my system but how the business is run is less than optimal.
First, they do not give an appointment time just a day. I was told they never know how long a job will take which is understandable but they should at-least have a range of time. It is hard to just be around the house for an entire day in hopes my appointment will even happen that day.
Secondly, the technician came into my home without a mask. I respect that everyone has their own opinions on COVID but if a company is sending technicians into homes they should at least ask the preference of the homeowner.
In the end my air is fixed but it seems like a company that know they are selling some important so they do not care at all about their customers. Customer service goes a long way and this company does not seem willing to go the distance.
