Carlos fixed my air conditioning unit that was Dripping that the previous air conditioner guy said couldn't be fixed. Highly recommend

Have used AirExperts/Billfish for over 7 yrs . Have their maintenance plan. Ben and Eddie serviced my 3 ACs this morning. They did a great job, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and discussed an issue with one of my older ACs. Recommend them and appreciate the professionalism.

I called at 8 am and our unit was fixed by 11. Office staff and technician were very helpful and friendly.

Charlie made me feel confident in him and the company from the second he walked in the door. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with experience and confidence. He made me feel that his goal was to make it perfect for me. I am very satisfied with this recent experience and Billfish Air Conditioning in general. The owner and the entire staff have been wonderful and take ownership in their work. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos was great . Did exceptional job. Cleaned after himself , no mess . He answer all my questions and was very professional and polite .

Very professional and thorough company! They showed me potential issues in the system - white mold and slime in drain pipe. Proper placement of filter and cleaned the coils. UV light to kill microbes, reduce dust, and pollen before they enter the house. I bought the annual maintenance plan. Well worth the peace of mind!

Lance preformed the maintenance. He was excellent and very polite.

Lance made some suggestions regarding possible areas of concern.

Overall I was dissatisfied in Billfish.
I had requested a specific service tech who had worked on my unit previously. We were told he would be the one coming over today until yesterday afternoon when I got a call changing our tech without acknowledging their previous promise. I was disappointed since we had become comfortable with our previous tech.
