I dealt with Lisa a number of times when dealing with Billfish and she is one of the best assets that the company has. She follows thru and returns calls in a prompt manner and strives to answer all questions. She is polite, enthusiastic and does her best to serve the customer. Billfish is very lucky to have Lisa front and center representing the company.

I had 4 estimates for taking out old duct work of 34 years and put in all new. Billfish was the second to lowest but really spent time explaining what was needed and how they would get the job done. The company next highest was excellent also. The highest estimate was double this company and did not explain why. Thank you to all the employees for their service.
The installers were wonderful. Tip them!

Maki serviced our A/C today. His professionalism, service and knoweldge base is by far one of the best we have seen. First AC person we saw who was punctual and walked us through the process in laymen's terms. Thank you for employing this individual!

So from the beginning install on 9/12/22 till my first service 6 months later this company has been absolutely Flawless. I am a tradesman myself (Plumber) so I know a little about service and preventive maintenance anyway the service technician today was Benny Herisse was absolutely a Gem, He paid attention to every detail of his job going through my A/C like a surgeon and always asked if I had any Questions. Benny (the technician) was great. He was on time and very thorough during the servicing of our unit for maintenance purposes. We had our first A/C maintenance today. Our technician Daniel Rodriquez was very professional , thorough and polite..Did a great job explaining what he did and answered all our questions. We really researched what company and very happy we picked Billfish.

Ed always goes above and beyond. An added bonus for me is that he works around my disabled husband and is respectful of his needs. If I cannot schedule with Ed I will always wait until he is available. Also a big thank you to Lewis for introducing us to Billfish and Ed. I have not been disappointed

More training on specific details of installation wouldn’t hurt. Great guys, did a great job, my AC works terrific but if given the opportunity I can make suggestions on making their job easier and the customer experience more positive . Nothing negative here.

I had the pleasure of meeting William today! He is over the top kind & knowledgeable in his work. He kindness and caring not only secured a new A/C unit at my mom’s house, we will be using him/them in the future at our home and rental property! You should be so gratefyto have sn employee like William!
