I was extremely happy that they came out the same day, Ed was able to immediately acknowledge the issue with my AC, took care of it. From the beginning of speaking with the customer service to the work that was done on my AC, was a great experience, Ed was efficient, professional, courteous, explained everything clearly to me, answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company, I will also use them for yearly maintenance, they also had a coupon I was able to use. Their prices were very good compared to other companies that I reached out.

We have been very happy with everyone from Billfish AC company since day one. All were personable and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Today was my first free maintenance check on our new Rheem AC unit we purchased from them last year. Rob was sent and I thank my lucky stars!! So thorough, so nice and went above and beyond. Educated me, showed me things, heck he even noticed my pool motor was pouring out water. Not his problem but he told me so I could get that looked at by my pool guy. Billfish does business the old fashioned way. Customer service is their top priority. We bought from them snd they will be doing our services and ductwork in the future. Highly recommended!

My system was going on and off for a few days so I called Bill Fish AC for service. The tech Ed Smith came out same day and I couldn’t ask for better service. He was professional courteous and thorough. We were back up and running cool in no time. Great Service! Thank you 👍🏼

HOA issues really put a fly in the ointment of the new AC installation… & a relocation was necessary😳….. through no fault of Billfish. However they were very patient & understanding - & did a great job, with everything!!!
Everyone involved at Billfish were extremely professional & expedient.
They will be my AC Team forever, & I highly recommend this company.👍🏼

Benny (the technician) was great. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough during his diagnostic servicing of our unit for maintenance purposes. Because of our positive experience with Benny we’ll continue to be ongoing customers of Billfish Air Conditioning! Billfish came out to service our A/C units recently and as always they provided fast, efficient, and friendly business. The ladies in the office were very informative when it came to scheduling the type of appointment/ service we needed and got us scheduled right away. When it came to the actual appointment, the tech who came out was so nice and did great work (our home A/C might as well be brand new now). We will continue to use Billfish for all our A/C needs at our home and family business locations.

They came out quickly on a Friday night and the service charge was really reasonable. Tech was very polite. However, they immediately started trying to sell me a new system without running ANY diagnostics and insisting my warranty was not transferable. Then advised they would check the warranty. I advised we had a family funeral and were not to be contacted on Monday. I was assured we would not be contacted until Tuesday. The sales calls (multiple) for a new unit started 9am Monday morning insisting I needed a new unit or I could pay another service fee for a diagnostic but “it would probably be $3,000 or $4,000 to fix so I might as well get a new unit”. They would not check the warranty and had no idea what the repair might be, only that we needed freon on the initial visit. They did not even look to identify the source or the scope of a leak. Yeah. I’m not thrilled.
