Lance came by and serviced my AC today and helped me to identify a Freon leak which could have soon led to a bigger problem. Everyone from Billfish has always been courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company and I am happy to continue renewing my annual maintenance services with them. Thanks Lance!

Ed was absolutely A-Mazing!! He was scheduled to do the maintenance on my moms unit. I was late meeting him and instead of just sitting around, he started working on what he could on the outside. He explained everything that he was taking care of and he made recommendations. By far the best experience I have had with an a/c tech recently. He is patient, personable, and very pleasant. Called Billfish because they were one of a handful of companies with 24 hour service. Our AC went down about 5:30 and with the heat we've been having I knew we could be in trouble. The service man, Daniel, called me moments after he had been contacted and was here in 45 minutes. He was just coming from a job in W Palm. The blower in the AC was kaput so we had to wait till the next day for the part. Daniel again was back with the part and had it installed in no time. The cost of repair was surprisingly low. Thank you Billfish for being open when I needed you and thank you Daniel for your great job and great smile!
