Billfish Air Conditioning

Billfish A/C installed my extractor hood vent pipe. As usual they were responsive, reasonable, and professional. This is the only A/C company I have used in the treasure coast area that is run with quality and customer services as a core principle. I would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Benny was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Will continue to use Billfish, as they have always delivered quality service!

A few weeks ago, Benny answered promptly and came right to us due to AC not working in bedrooms. He found the same problem that has been found several times, causing water leakage onto the ceiling beneath the unit and the need for drywall repair. We just had the drywall repaired from the August debacle.
Because Benny showed up quickly and was knowledgeable, he caught the problem and attended to it.
We do maintenance with Billfish and need the assurance written in our file that it includes a thorough cleaning and treatment of the condensate exit pipes.
Thanks for Benny having good judgment.

Carlos showed up quickly for an emergency water leak due to a broken exit pipe. He determined the problem and fixed it.
Appears to have been an inadvertent break from the prior visit on 5/31, since no one has been in the attic since that time.

We came home from a weekend vacation and our AC wasn’t working. We called in the late afternoon on Monday and billfish sent out daniel Rodriguez to evaluate our unit. Our circuit board was down and they ordered it immediately. Ed Smith installed it the very next day! Great service and a great squad!
