Called for estimate on home AC installation. The businesses quote was higher than I wanted to pay, which is common with the large companies, but William was extremely professional and I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness.

Ed installed an Ecobee3 thermostat and serviced our AC today. First time using this company and we're very pleased. Ed was friendly, respectful and efficient. We signed up for yearly maintenance too.

Ed performed Diagnostic on our unit n found a leak. also suggested the unit outside would a good idea to replace at this time. He was very informative and gave a couple of ideas in order for us to decide on our decision. very friendly and educated in his field of service.
Daniel R was our tech today and he was very polite and courteous while on site. The communication went well from scheduling to the appointment. I was provided an update on condition of my HVAC unit at end of appointment with recommended maintenance for future.
The technician was professional but I called the company because they had a couple of likes on Stuart Local. I told the lady that taht I needed a new thermostat and I had received this information atraight from Honeywell as I was on the phone with them and they had me go through diagnosis testing. The company stated it would be $360ish for a new thermostat but todays visit was $85. I argued that there was no performance done today as all I was told is that I need a new thermostat ..which "I" told them is the reason I needed a technician when I called them. In the end, I paid them their $85 service call then I went to home depot, purchased a $40 thermostat and replaced it myself. 😁👍
I see that I had a response to this review. I truly do not like to leave sad reviews as I respect companies trying to make a living but I feel that I was treated unfairly and I still do. Thank you for reaching out to me but I resolved the problem myself quite easily. I will commend your employee Daniel. He was professional.
