Danny tech, was excellent, very professional and outstanding manners. He gave me a complete orientation on my AC maintenance while he took care of my system!

Joel can out diagnose my issues being undercharged, clean evapor coil. Also found a burnt up snake inside buy my capacitor. Poor snake... Thank you.

Our tech Danny arrived at exactly 12:00pm which was the scheduled time. He was upfront and honest about issues with my older system (15 years), but didn't pressure me into any immediate decisions. Walked me through the entire maintenance service of both units, and pointed out potential issues for the system.
Overall he did a very thorough maintenance service job, and accomplished it in a timely manner as well.
Extremely happy with his performance, and the customer service Rebecca provided me when I first contacted the office.

Complete NEW HVAC .INSTALLED THE THERMOSTAT. THEY WORKED FROM 10 AM IN THE MORNING TO AFTER 7PM TO FINISH. THAT WAS A LOT OF WORK THEY HAD TO REPAIR THE TO RETURN DUCT,NEW PLYWOOD FOR NEW SYSTEM. THE OUTSIDE UNIT WAS A GIANT BY ITS SELF. THEY HELP ME GET THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE. THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU.

Performed AC system 6 month check and replaced what seems to be a voltage regulator. charged 255.00 dollars for the part. Checked on line and this part at my cost was 17.00 dollars. I found that to be outrageous !!! will never use this company again !!! The techs. were polite and professionals. The tech told me the he got this price from the company and he could not drop the price any lower. This price for the part was not a fair market price, I know companies need to make a profit, I have no problem with that., But to over charge a customer is not indicative of a honest company !!! I am very disappointed and I will never recommend this company to anybody !!!!

Professional, efficient and good value along with suggestions how to take better care of my unit. FRIENDLY!! Highly recommend Osceola Air! Danny and Mark made recommendations that would keep my unit running for more years. NO high pressure and explained what they did today and never gave me the feeling they hurried their job. We were having an issue with the system just turning on and off, and they came out and checked everything and did routine maintenance, and just told us to keep an eye on it if we still have issues let them know. Daniel was fantastic. Great customer service and very professional, love them. I would recommend them to anyone.
