Charlatans lied and said we needed a new unit after $150 diagnostic fee. We got a second opinion who fixed the thermostat for about $60 total. A/C works like new. Mind you they were scamming a senior citizen living on a measly social security check during the height of summer. Turns out they're an authorized dealer for Carrier, which means they get a kickback. Did you guess?...they tried to sell us a Carrier unit. That's their mode of operation; always trying to upsell a new unit to swindle the most money for their time.

I own the vape shop next to Philly cheese and when my outside sign light went out, I called 3 places, one place wanted $100 just to drive out to look at it,.. I called folsom and Rich came out within an hour and had it working within the hour! He was a LIFE SAVER.... GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

We had 2 companies confirm our compressor was bad (between June 15, 2022 and July 15) however both companies were unable to get their hands on a compressor. We went to Carrier's website and Folsom was listed as an authorized dealer. Called and explained we needed our compressor replaced. They sent a tech out who spent 2 hours to confirm it was the compressor but claimed the issue was our valve that needed to be replaced. Two weeks later, valve came in and a different tech installed it. However, the next day we noticed the AC was still not cooling. Folsom sent the same tech back out and he then confirmed the compressor was bad. REALLY???? We had two companies ALREADY CONFIRM this. So, we spend over $800 for a valve to be replaced and then they wanted another $800+ to install the compressor. I reached our SEVERAL times and even spoke to the owner, Bill. Bill claimed he would try to find a "scratch and dent" to make things right which ended up being a stall tactic. My husband even reached out and spoke to the owner after a couple of phone calls and now the owner claims he doesn't remember the call but will check in to the issue. That was over a week ago and no call nor any care about how we've been down an AC since June 15th. Highly advise to avoid this company since we have first hand found they do not care about their residential business.

I just had my scheduled semi-annual maintenance done last week and it was discovered there were major issues with my AC unit of 20-1/2 years. Knew it was coming for over a year and now it arrived!!!! I received great service over and above the norm. The new unit was installed with all repairs needed for the installation. It was done cleanly and efficiently. There were no surprises and everything was cleaned up from the installation. I will highly recommend Folsom to anyone needing service.

We called Folsom to do a small electrical wiring job for an outdoor bar that we installed. We were just asking for a few outlets to be installed for charging phones and a blender. As we came out to see the job as they were finishing up they had to wiring for our TV, and 3 GFI boxes for our bar to support multiple needs! The quality of the work is beyond words and better than we could ever have expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Please check this company out before doing business with them. Folsom installed two new units in my home last years and did horrible work .The county inspector failed the first install. Thirteen months later one of the units go out. I was told it is covered but will cost about $600.00 in labor. Please save yourself the aggravation and find a company with a good reputation. They are overpriced and will leave you hanging.
