My new Daikin FIT went down last night and Osceola Air had David, the technician, show up first thing this morning. He had the issue repaired quickly but went through the system to make sure everything else was working properly.

I've been very pleased with the service Osceola Air provides. They are responsive and have been able to schedule service quickly. So far the 2 technicians that have assisted me, David and Daniel, have been very nice and professional.

They showed up before the 2-4 time slot. Did the assessment of our system, in our case our thermostat was shot, and fixed it for us because we already bought a new one at no extra charge. 15 out of 10 would recommend
