Wyatt and Edwin came out today to install a new unit. Very professional took time to cover out wood floors explained how the new system works. When they were finished work area was cleaned. Highly recommend osceola air.

Osceola Air is Awesome! They are great, they do a great service and have an excellent staff. Overall, I had an excellent experience and they have a superb customer service. From the start, I was impressed with my initial contact with Rebecca. David and the other technician that was with him were very professional and friendly and provided great customer service. They explained everything to me in such a way that I could be able to understand. They did an excellent job and they were very honest and great people. I highly recommend their services. Speciallly, to those who are looking for a reliable and outstanding A/C Company.

Another company added wrong refrigerant and then said we needed a part we didn't need on our AC. Joel figured out the problem, fixed it and we had cool air in an hour. Very pleased!

My tiny house without AC is like an easy bake oven. Daniel was very professional and very thorough in his diagnostic. He explained and showed me the problems. Cleaned the system out and got it working. He offered several solutions, called to see about getting me a new unit, ( mines hitting 10years with 10 years of grunge 😷) explained the process, their labor maintenance warranty, etc.. Booking the service was very easy and then they followed up to be sure I was aware when they would be coming, no surprises. Technician arrived on time and was very professional during the full service. Cleaned the area when the job was done and then reviewed everything with me. Company called ahead and made appointment; also called on day of appointment and advised serviceman was on his way. He arrived on time, asked if any problems he needed to attend to; proceeded with service on inside/outside units and cleaned up everything when he completed. He was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Before he left, inquired if I needed any questions or needed any assistance.
