Amazing service! After feeling as if we were being ripped off by another service provider, we contacted Comfort Zone. Dawn was wonderful & was able to work us in the very same day. The technician was so informative & took the time to answer all my questions. He was also wonderful with my toddler, who was very inquisitive. I’ve dealt with a few different A.C. companies over the years & am so grateful to have finally found a company I feel I can trust & rely on. I highly recommend their services!

Had a pleasure doing business with this company! My air conditioner went down while family was in town, they were able to get me up and running within 2 hours of calling and for a very affordable price! They also checked over my whole system and realized my coils were dirty and affecting system performance and cleaned the condenser free of charge! Signed up for a maintenance contract as well! My electricity bill has lowered $25 a month already! Amazing!

Don’t look anywhere else. They installed our new AC unit when we bought an old house and couldn’t be happier. We also have a rental house but used a big box company for maintenance. But when the drainage pipe clogged up and only needed to be serviced, they wanted to charge me 3x the price. Comfort zone came to the rescue. I will never use another AC company.

Our New A/C unit stopped working because of a Clogged drain line. Called service around 1:00PM in the afternoon & the service tech was there in an hour. The office staff were pleasant to deal with.They were knowledgeable and helpful and the overall experience went quite well from start to finish!!!

Daniel came out and replaced a blower motor in my AC unit. He was upfront with his pricing, was on time. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair!!

Installed my brand new split system air conditioner after my old one that lasted 20 years had a leaking coil, they came out within 1 hour of calling had the system diagnosed and they even offered to fix the leak instead of replacing and getting a sale!! I ended up opting for replacement after talking it over and I couldn't be happier 10 year warranty and the house is as cool as its ever been! Thanks comfort zone!!

Yesterday I had an AC unit fail that had been repaired by Comfort Zone 3 weeks ago. They had previously replaced the blower motor and capacitor for $420. When I called Yesterday, they wanted $247.50 to show up on a Saturday. I found another company that didn’t charge any extra on Saturdays. Many dont. They said the “rescue” blower motor Comfort Zone installed was the wrong voltage for this unit and caused it to fail. Comfort Zone told me after the repair they had used a “rescue motor” they happened to have on the truck, in an attempt to save me money from having to find a “rare” motor due to the age of the unit. The other company had the correct one on the truc. But It cost me another $469 to repair the previous repair from Comfort Zone. (edit: Comfort Zone did refund their original repair after this review)

EDIT to original post in reply to company response: Thank you for your response. I did mistakenly think by "rescue motor" you were implying used motor. I have since change "used" above to rescue. Perhaps you may want to consider using a different term such as "generic" or "after market" that is more clear. I asked around and everyone I spoke to also thought it implied used. I did receive your refund check and I thank you for doing the right thing. I changed the review from a 1 to a 3. I realize anyone can make a mistake, but it still cost myself and tenant time and aggravation and them going without AC for 24 hours. I still think the tech quoting me $247.50 for Saturday calls was wrong for 2 reasons. Even though it was your motor that caused the breakdown, he was going to charge me for repair. And since customers dont choose the day of week the AC will break I dont think you should charge $247 to show up on a Saturday. You are not in a M-F 9-5 business. I do thank you for doing the right thing here to correct it as best as you can after the fact. Thank you.

This is the worst company they came to my home 6 times in 3 months, charged me repeatedly for the wrong issue. They replaced multiple things and come to find out it was a worn wire outside smh. Never reimbursed me for anything and the issue is still going on. This company is a nightmare save your money!!!
