Needed a "special" ac repair. They usually don't do ac but service was fast! Scott the technician was polite professional and fixed my issue. I had a PVC irrigation line in my front yard that was apparently never cemented together and finally decided to give up it's dry-fit seal after almost 20 years.

I called around for a few quotes and CT Lilly came suggested when I called a company that didn't do any service to the general public.

I scheduled a service call and had someone out. Dennis was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In just an hour he was able to diagnose and fix the problem, which really, is no small feat-- especially after a day of heavy rain and a line that had been gushing for at least a full day.

I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Very impressed with the work done at my house. Had an outside hose bib break with water blasting everywhere. I was able to close the water line. at which time, I called CT Lilly, with a hope and a prayer that I could even get an answer as the line shutoff cut all the water to my home.

CT Lilly sent Frank to our house within a few hours of my call. Frank was very friendly and extremely Knowledgeable in regards to our situation. He offered the best solution to our problem as we had broken this line several times in the past. The end result looked fantastic and with the solid work done by Frank, I’m quite sure it won’t break again.

I called and the same day Dennis came out (Earlier than they had even expected!) And did an amazing Job! They quoted me the price and it was the exact same as the quote! Great Work Done! Great Price! They installed a Maytag central a.c 3/12/2013. Came with 1 year labor, 12 year parts, 12 year parts, 12 year compressor. Called them because I think my blower unit is going bad. They said they are not authorized to work on unit. Asked why did you install it then. Response was that was before he started working there. Wow! So I spent 4759 dollars with a Business that’s not even authorized to install it. Very shady in my book. This is why people go to the big companies. Yeah you might spend a little more but at least they’ll stand by their work. Unbelievable.

CT Lilly used to be great. Recently it has goon down the tubes.
They quote one price and charge you another. Recently they quoted a plumbing job at over $250/hr labor. They quoted and 3.5 ton AC unit, installed 2.5 ton unit and refused to change the price.
I would not recommend this company to any contractor or homeowner.

Also, don't bother leaving a message for anyone with the receptionist. They never get it or call you back.

Had them put in a small pipe for an irrigation system. They cut all the roots on one side of a tree in the yard. The next rain we had the tree fell over breaking out the back window of a car in the driveway. Had a $500 deductible which they refused to pay saying it would place guilt on them and opening them up for a future lawsuit..
Don't know why I would sue if they paid the bill. They did offer to give me free plumbing service though. Who would be stupid enough to let them ever work on anything again. Next time they could flood my whole house.

Five stars. Excellent service, from Shane scheduling a prompt appointment to Aaron arriving right on time and explaining his work as he went along. If you are in need of plumber, call CT Lilly and request Shane or Aaron.

I would recommend this company to any one. AC went out on a Sunday, called them on Monday morning, they worked me in right a way. No other AC repair company I called would do anything for me the same morning I called. Thanks CT Lilly.

Brandon and Dennis did an amazing job fixing the main on the side of my home. I couldn't be happier! Prices were very reasonable as well. Thank you!
