There aren’t enough words to express how pleased I am on the service received today. From beginning to end; this experience has been 5 stars. Justin, thank you for your kindness and guidance with such an important and big purchase. Wyatt and his team of two; were on time, professional, informative, polite and did a beautiful CLEAN job. Left the work area brand new. Love to see young men leading a professional trade they are excellent at; God continue to bless your future. Osceola Air, you have a great team representing you. It's difficult to find a business that shows up on time and does the work. Daniel did both. He even went into the attic to check things out. Turns out I need some repairs I didn't know about. I appreciated his input and professionalism.

May I add that Mark came today. My drain pipe was severely clogged. He took the time to explain how it happens, what I can do and his suggestions. No complaints!!

Ended up needing a new unit. Wyatt and Edwin walked me thru the installation process. I have zero complaints! They did an amazing job of cleaning up too!

New system, New questions. David came out, addressed my concerns, checked everything out and explained some things about my new unit.

This whole process has been tedious but I have to say, Osceola Air was there through the whole process. Can't thank you enough!

1st time using this company. Was impressed with their communication, texting the engineer’s name and confirming date of service. Followup on the day his arrival time.
Mark the engineer performed professionally, explained the work that needed to done. Then gave me options on how to proceed with the repairs.

From the moment we called with a problem. To finding out we needed a new system. To the install. Osceola Air was professional, knowledgeable and on time. A fantastic company with even better people. Highly recommend them for any a/c job. Very pleased to have chosen them.

I had the pleasure of Logan and Edwin do our install. They worked for 6 hours in unbelievable heat. They were so professional, courteous and hard working. Very impressive young men. Logan even helped me set up the app on my phone. We had Mike for our estimate. They all either put on shoe protectors or removed their shoes which is a big thing for me.

I highly recommend Osceola Air. My a/c stopped working with no warning. Called them up and spoke to the office staff right away & they squeezed me in next day with a service appointment. What also was great is that my service appt was in the afternoon and they showed up early in the morning. They communicate to the customer via text message on the day of your service. You get a text with picture of your service technician , his name , and let you know they are 30 mins away from their arrival to your home. Daniel is super nice , meticulous & thorough with the inspection of the a/c unit inside and outside plus checked my ducts in the attic. He diagnosed the issue with my a/c unit very quickly while explaining and showing me every step of the way. Soon I had a cool house again. He discussed recommendations with me , no sales pitching. He made sure the unit was running properly for a while before leaving . I respect they take time to make sure you understand how your a/c unit works and how to take care of it. Their prices are super fair. No highway robbery or trying to take advantage of their customers. Great customer service all the way around from Samantha in the office who answered my initial call to Daniel my service technician. Just call them you will not be disappointed !!!!

A/C went down on a Friday evening, called a few companies around the area with no response. As soon as i called Osceola Air Mike answered the phone and was able to make a weekend appointment to get my unit back up and running as soon as possible. Justin was my service technician and provided first class service and expertise diagnosing my system and recommended the proper treatments. They didn't try to recommend any unneeded work or extras and the price overall was very fair for the work done.

Overall, i would recommend Mike, Justin and the rest of the Osceola Air team to anyone in need of a quick fix or service for a reasonable price.

Made an appointment yesterday, very professional, and courteous. Sent me an email to confirm the appointment. Let me know that the technician would be texting me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Very punctual. Dave was amazing, very knowledgeable and a Great communicator. I will make sure to refer Osceola Air at every opportunity. This is a legitimate five star operation.

When my A/C broke down and wasn’t blowing cold air, I contacted Osceola Air and they quickly responded and gave an appointment the next day. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the job done on the first day, but put me in a priority list to get it fixed later that week. Marc and Daniel were very communicative, professional, and organized. It was truly a pleasure to do business with them.
