We are not even in the summer and AC started to struggle on hot days. Joel was the technician sent to check my system and was very informative and helpful on all steps and everything he was doing to diagnose issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Joel and Osceola Air.

Techs were very courteous and professional. Their work was thorough and they were transparent and honest. No attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. They were patient and informative. Part was replaced. Maintenance done.Anthony was very profession and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable that I could trust him. Sam was very pleasant on the phone. They will be doing our regular maintenance. They got there very quickly.

Osceola Air was quick and responsive when our AC went out on a Sunday. Mike, who I spoke with on the phone, was super helpful and friendly. Despite them having a full schedule, he asked me to give him 10 minutes to see what he could do. He called back within a couple minutes and said he’d found a way to squeeze us in and reassured us that we’d be taken care of. Sure enough, David was at our house around 2:00 (which was 2 hours sooner than expected!). He was quick and efficient and got our AC fixed in about 30 minutes. We are super appreciative of the hard work from both Mike and David. We’ll be using Osceola Air again for any of our HVAC needs.

We recently were effected by a damaging hail and lightning storm, which left us with out air conditioning on over 90 degree days. We immediately called Osceola Air as they are our go to for HVAC repair; however this experience exceeded are already high expectations.

We contacted Mike, after hours of course as these storms are never at a convenient time. And he managed to get us a next day service appointment.

David came out diagnosed the system and advised the lightning strike had fried our Nest thermostat.

I promptly got a new thermostat and popped it one but the air wouldn’t run. Again this was after hours.

Mike went above and beyond, contacting David, who swung by again, fixed the issue, a damaged wiring plate, and got the house cool again.

We are loyal Osceola Air customers as every encounter has been excellent, but now thanks to these guys we will be recommending to anyone in their service area.

In an era where customer service is all but extinct these guys really know how make an impression! Outstanding customer service and great work!

David was friendly, careful and informative. A/C needed repair, he was quick and cost was reasonable. We are in on maintenance plan. I recommend this company. Thanks again to David for being the call out guy on a Sunday. SD

David A. came by today to see what was causing the a/c to leak and not cool the house down properly after a previous technician came out last week for routine maintenance. Turns out the filter was so badly clogged due to tile work that was done in the house a month ago, that it caused the unit to freeze over, which resulted in air flow being blocked going through the house. Considering this was something that should have been checked last week during the maintenance visit, I was not charged for this diagnostic.
I appreciate David being very honest, understanding, and professional in handling this issue! Thank you 🙏🏾

I've had work done multiple times and they always have been knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to explain and make sure the work is done correctly. Couldn't expect any more. Mark went out of his way to be helpful and I was very appreciative.

Osceola Air has been our go to for many years now and they never disappoint. Everyone we have ever dealt with there has been a pleasure. Joel was recently out to our home to preform maintenance on our hvac. He was on time, very friendly and answered all our questions with great detail.
