Michael and his coworker (name escapes me🙏)
Were very courteous and respectful arrived early and masked with shoes covered!
They recommended I speak with someone because I needed a new coil and AC out of warranty (12 yrs old)
Charged only a $45 service call because nothing they can do will insure the unit will last!
Not the best news but better now than system dying in heat of summer

Trusted Lindstron because of the name and years in business! Could have gone with someone smaller. I made an appointment for Saturday, only time frame was 1-3pm. I work 5 days a week like most people, all early appointments were taken up! I waited for the first appointment, after 3 pm I called and was told the tech called and left message for a reschedule < never received a voicemail! Rescheduled for following week and same time frame ONLY to be told by some snotty customer service rep that I was rescheduled AGAIN! Well that didn’t happen and a tech arrived after 4pm on Saturday! If Lindstron is under staffed, let that be known!!! My time is as important as yours!! ✌️Lee DeBell on Calloway Street!

Lindstrom has been fantastic. Their techs are courteous, professional, and don't just "hit and run". They actually make sure it is really fixed. They charge fair prices and show up as promised. Finally a service contract I am happy to pay for every year.

They were unable to unclog my pipe since it was so severe the normal snake would not do it so Dwayne the repairman recommended a company that he had used before in the same similar situation he got their phone number for me I called them and we are set for Thursday morning. If nothing else I want to thank Lindstrom for being extremely honest and up forward with me it’s really hard to find these days.

So impressive! When our a/c stopped working, I called Lindstrom at noon on a Sunday expecting to leave a message. Instead, the scheduler answered promptly and said a repairman would arrive later that same day. We could not believe it! Aaron was excellent-knowledgeable and respectful-and fixed the problem.
