I shorted a fuse while installing a smart thermostat. The tech fixed that and added a UV light that I wanted. He also ordered custom filters as the one installed when they built the house was the wrong size.

Technician James Crandell was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to provide excellent service and answer all of our questions on care and maintenance of our 1 year old system.

Very pleased with the service I received today. The Tech was fast, professional and did a great job. I needed two parts and Tywayne fixed me right up. My repair today was also included in my yearly maintenance plan. Got great service at a good price.

Called early morning and technician was scheduled between 3& 5 and received a call that he would be earlier as they had a technician available to come early. Changed out 2 vanity sinks shut off valve as well as the toilet. Great job!

Simply the best! Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing installed 2 new AC units for me this week and I couldn't be happier. Five star customer service. I received e-mails with their license and insurance information without having to ask for it along with pictures of the technicians who would be working in my home. Steve Blair, my initial contact, was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He used every coupon in the book to make doing both units at once a no brainer decision. Steve went over and above to communicate and make this a good experience. His estimate was clear and concise and he included things other companies never seemed to notice. I've read that when AC units fail it's most often the installation that's the culprit so I wanted to use a company that had extensive training and employees who took pride in their work. Meet Glen Gomez. Glen is a highly trained and experienced team manager. He came to my house before the work began and double checked everything after Jason's and Eric's expert installation. When a company warranties their labor for 10 years, you know they're going to do things right, and they did from start to finish.

We had our ac serviced today by James Crandall. He was so professional, thorough , explained everything, showed me how readings on his eye pad, worked cleanly and masked, was on time and made the whole experience pleasant and confidence inspiring!

At one point he thought something was off, called his supervisor, and honestly told me he was mistaken.

I am so glad we chose to have our service contract with lindstrom, would request mr Crandall again, and feel very good about the whole experience— they were also so easy ti schedule with, and kept me apprised of the appointment time with text and email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Not horrible, they get the job done but also not great. They advertise 24/7 service but that’s completely false in my area (Stuart/Palm City), I’m lucky to get an appointment for a tech to come out the next day. The customer service number/appointment setters are generally rude and unhelpful too. We had an issue with our install and as compensation we got 18 months of regular maintenance complementary. No one noted this in our file so I had to argue with the phone representative every time we called for service and they had to look back in the records to see that indeed we did have a maintenance plan.

The service man Joe was so knowledgeable & patient to explain in detail about my A/C also very considerate when going in & out if my home using foot protection. I would highly recommend Lindstrom air. Thank you
