The team at Lindstrom has always been very professional with their service! Their team member, Oscar, did a great job today servicing our unit. Very open, honest, and took the time to walk me through the service performed, and several tips to do to keep our AC running smoothly.

When they gave me the quote a very pricey quote almost $3000 to replace a leaking water heater, they said it have 5 different parts including electricals.
The water heater is now installed but cannot be put to work because it trips the circuit. They collected the money before the electrical guy shows up. That shouldn't happen. I gave them $400 less hopefully they complete the installation project soon. I'm still without water heater to use after they corrected over $2500.

I think Lindstrom needs to communicate with their clients and contractors better than the above if they want to stand up with their reputation they have earned so hard.

Still waiting for repair. No air at all. Hot in the house. Promises repair by Thursday Sept. 22, 2022. Ordering part from Texas. Disappointed part is not in stock. AC only two years old. Already had another major repair only a year ago.This company did original install. New Constriction!!
