Service technician was very competent and gentlemanly. The problem with the AC was excessive water overflowing the drainage pan and leaking on the floor. Technician vacuumed the water out of the pan but indicated the problem may persist because a complete cleaning of the pan can only be done by pulling the evaporator out of the AC. It is also possible because of the age of the AC replacement of the unit may be the best course of action. The technician recommended I wait to see if the vacuuming solved the problem, and if not, to call Lindstrom so we can determine the next step for solving the problem. I have complete confidence the information the technician gave me was accurate and truthful. In fact I was so impressed with the service Lindstrom provided me I signed up for their annual AC maintenance program.

I am so impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Lindstrom technician Kevin. Not only did he repair the issue due to an improper installation of my new AC unit by another company, he took the time to educate me on how it happened, and how to prevent another leak.
