Came out on Monday to fix hot water heater that was still under warranty. The fix worked for about 2 hours when I called them to come back out, I was told they couldn’t come out for 8 more days. 8 days without hot water! This company’s service stinks. Not only did they take my money for a service call that didn’t repair the problem but now they won’t come back out to review the issue. DONT call these guys!

The technicians are courteous and efficient. They check and assess the complete AC unit and drainage system.

I have been a customer with an annual contract for many years for plumbing and AC work. Last week my toilet clogged up. I called Lindsrom, explained my problem, and was told they could not get to me until Thursday Febuary 2. This was on Friday Jan 27, but they might get to me on Wednesday. I explained this was a clogged, toilet, not a leaky pipe. The response was "sorry"...Well this was unacceptable. I called an emergency plumber and paid to have my problem fixed. My contract is up in a few weeks. I kid of doubt that I will renew it.

I used Limdtrom for the first time to get an ac tune up. The twch wss professional and very informative throughout the process. Def a keeper for future needs.

Always professional, knowledgeable, great technicians and highly recommended since they installed our system in our new home almost 10 years ago.

I had my new unit installed in Aug. I turned on my heat during this cold snap and it wouldn't heat!

I called and was scheduled for the 12-2 time slot. The time slot came and went without the arrival of the Technician. So I called about 2:15pm, I was put on a que for 40 mins on hold. When the call was answered, around 3pm, I was informed that they were running late and it would be ANOTHER 1-1.5 hrs! At 5 pm, I called again. I was told the Technician would come and that I was next. The Technician arrived after 5:30pm.

The Technician, George, was very polite and got to work right away. He was able to figure out that there was a wiring issue during my install pretty quickly. He fixed the problem and stayed for a bit to make sure it would remain running as it should.

There seems to be scheduling issues in the office and a lack of communication to clients when there is a significant delay.

I literally had to sit around for over 5.5 hours waiting for my appt without any notification from Lindstrom!! If I had not called I wouldn't have known anything!

Lindstrom you need to improve your scheduling and communication!! Your Technician George was great!!

Cudo's to Ricardo B. and team for being on time, professional and diligent on installing our new HVAC equipment. Demo of the existing return bench under the air handler was time consuming. Once the duct board was removed and the existing wall studs were exposed Ricardo suggested a repair with sheetrock or plywood.
Thanks to Alex S. for authorizing the plywood giving the cabinet a nice finished look.
Later than evening when the system went down Ricardo came out, after a long days work, to troubleshoot then problem and didn't leave until he was sure the system was up and running. Truly above and beyond.
