Lindstrom tech George came to my home after hours the day before my scheduled appointment because Lindstrom was so busy. He carefully completed all his tasks and thoroughly explained everything so I would understand. A/C unit is humming and I'm all set for the summer heat. I would definitely recommend their service.

This is at least the second time I’ve have Lindstrom come to my house and it continued the trend: extremely thorough, yet quick and efficient. They came to look into a leak in the toilet tank as well as replace an old seized up toilet shutoff valve. Despite difficulties with identifying which water main line was to our home, the job was complete in well under an hour.

Our experience is with the Palm City /Plumbing branch of Lindstrom. We had an emergency on the weekend (of course) when our 75 gal. water heater busted and starting leaking water non stop. First of all, of the four companies we contacted, Lindstrom was the only one to get a technician out to us that day. The technician was very professional and actually went above and beyond. He discussed all our options and arranged for a new water heater ASAP on Monday. He did his best to find the most economical option. Before he left, he gave instructions to help us try to manage the situation through the rest of the weekend— then— he actually reached out to us that evening and the next day to see how we were managing with our situation. The install of the new unit was rough, but he handled it very professionally and was thorough. He demonstrated incredible work ethic and you just don’t see that every day anymore!

We just had a service performed on our air conditioner. The technician was named Josh. He works in the Port Saint Lucie branch. I was so impressed with their service. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and neat. We were very happy and would give this company the highest recommendation.

My AC gets clogged about twice a year, which is pretty common. I always call Lindstrom. They respond quickly and get the job done. Their team is professional and courteous. I also sign up for 2 yearly maintenance visits, which is a great value.
