We used Lindstrom to replace our broken AC system. Their prices were lower than other quotes we received, plus they offered 10 year labor warranty which was important because of the 10 year parts by manufacturer. Why should I worry about labor costs if my AC breaks down in a few years.

Lindstrom installed a 5 ton unit and we noticed it wasn't running at 100% of the system efficiency. They sent a technician to diagnose the system. The system's suction was being restricted. The technician gave us two options. 1. Cut holes where holes weren't. 2. Remove and reinstall system with correct suction box and grill. Of course, I wasn't happy they wanted to cut holes in my walls and doorways. After discussing with the technicians, they agreed to remove and reinstall the system.
Everyone we interacted with at Lindstrom were very professional. Both of the install jobs were left clean. Crews were very respectful of my home.
I recommend Lindstrom Air.

The service was excellent, and the tech explained what was causing the issue and how to fix it. Major negative is their mark up on parts. $50 for a $3 fuse is crazy

We have used Lindstrom Air over the past 5 years. We moved into a house that had two destroyed AC units, 3 toilets, a garbage disposal and numerous other plumbing and AC issues. Our approach was to have Lindstrom change out the AC units, toilets and disposal and do the many needed repairs. Lindstrom was efficient, well priced and did an awesome job; we also purchase their annual maintenance. They do a great job from the service techs to the office staff. A special shout out to Amorosa in the office, Kevin (who can not be replaced) and Matt.
