You and your two technicians did an excellent job today. You have serviced our air conditioning for 3 years, finally it was time to replace it, having a family with 3 children in a large house, it was a necessity to be serviced ASAP and once again you came through. Your knowledge, experience, and customer service communications are outstanding. The 5 ton A/C unit with 16.5 seers was reasonably priced, which speaks very highly of your professionalism and not being driven by greed. Your technicians are courteous, clean, and professional.

I’ve been using Chris and the crew at American Air Cares for many many years for repairs and service and now had them install a brand new system on Monday! I couldn’t be any happier with the work, the price and incredible customer service they always provide. Most of my friends, family, and colleagues use them as well now. My 80 year old mom’s A/C went out, while I’m out of town. Not that I could’ve been much help, since I’m limited in my knowledge of A/C systems. So I made a call to American Air Cares to see if they could possibly have a look at it as soon as possible. I was figuring I’d get someone out there tomorrow morning at best. Not only did they show up same day, they ran comprehensive diagnostic tests to identify the problem, found it, and ordered the parts right away. The unit will be running good as new within 24 hrs of my call, and at a reasonable price!!

It’s good to know that there are still honest, reputable businesses owners (Chris) out there that aren’t out to just get your money. Our technician Bo arrived promptly, and was as courteous and professional as they come. He communicated with me by phone, walking me through every step, without talking over my head with a bunch of technical jargon. He just broke everything down in terms that I could understand. A HUGE thank you to Chris for having someone respond so quickly and efficiently, and taking such great care of us. To our technician Bo… you are the very definition of what it is to be dedicated to ones craft with the utmost professionalism, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Had Chris and the guys out to our home today to replace our 14 Year old Carrier with a brand new Weatherking 3 ton system. As always, prompt, courteous, clean and we would trust these gentlemen to work on our AC system anytime. Thank you for the great job. !!!!!!!

Chris and the Boys are outstanding. First of all, he communicates everything clearly and thoroughly; we never felt rushed. He makes sure that the customer is happy, and we certainly are. Today, we had a new 2.5 ton AC unit installed, along with a new smart thermostat, and the entire process was done in just a few hours. Chris had permits ready immediately, was on-time to the minute, installed everything perfectly, and cleaned up everything inside and out. They even used a label maker to print labels for the breakers and went over our maintenance schedule. These little things make the difference to old-school, customer-service-loving people like us. We recommend American Air Cares enthusiastically.

Update: 5/5/20 After 15 years my original unit was on its last breath. Chris and his guys saved the day again. Chris is fair in his pricing and does an amazing job. Chris and his guys are professional and courteous. They did a great install and made sure to take care of all the smallest of details and at the end they cleaned the area up as if nothing ever happened. Thanks again Chris for your excellent service.

(3 years ago) Chris and his guys did an excellent job. They came out for a tune up on my A/C and I decided that I wanted UV light installed as well. They were very flexible and was able to get the job completed in one visit. They were courteous and on time for the appointment. They were helpful and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. Way to go guys and job well done. Thanks Guys

Chris was great! He came out quickly after I sent a message. He was thorough with the information he provided. My drain line needed to be flushed. Now my a/c is working like a charm! Thank you!
