Today 2/14/23 Juan Genao came to house to do AC maintenance and come to find out the UV light was not working. The explained it all to me and we had it all done. Very nice group of people. The best AC company I have ever dealt with! I had my ac unit serviced a month ago, we'll our 14 year old unit decided it's had its life and died on us. I called them yesterday about what was going on, that afternoon they were out inspecting the unit. They said "yeah it's time for a new one", painfully... We said okay. 24 (hot) hours later the techs are here installing our new unit. They were polite, professional, and very nice. They had our unit up and running in about 4 hours. From the time I called about the unit to the time they installed a new the whole time everyone was friendly! They have definitely earned us as a lifetime customer! Thank you Elite Electric and Air!

Andrew was over the top with his customer friendly service. He patiently explained anything I asked as he repaired and re-aligned our AC equipment. His confidence and skill showed through and he went above and beyond the original service call. My brother experienced the same service several months ago with ELITE - and that's why I called them! I was not disappointed.

I scheduled service from Elite Plumbing to fix a problem that came up when we purchased a new top of the line GE Washer/Dryer from Jetson's Appliance. We found that the cold water faucet was stuck to "open." Duane arrived on time the next day and proceeded to cut out the sheetrock around the double faucet and replace it. This was a huge project taking at least 90 minutes. We then decided to fix all those plumbing projects which we say "can wait until another day." He replaced two exterior faucets including the one which had the major valve to shut off water to the house. He replaced a cartridge in a guest shower valve and tightened lines into other faucets.
Every job was accomplished with remarkable professionalism and the total cost $1,500 for many hours of work.
