Was so happy with Duane's plumbing service! I called late in the evening about an emergency water issue outside my home, and Duane arrived right away, recognized the issue (big leak under the meter), and immediately started the repair. After completing the repair and signing off with me, he double and triple checked to make sure all was well. I love that Duane is such an expert and so good at what he does - it felt great knowing the job was completed by someone so qualified! (Duane is also super nice.) Thank you for hiring the best.

We had maintenance done on our AC unit and had UV lights put in to kill mold. John was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and we are very pleased with his work. We will definitely continue to use this company and share our experience with friends and family!

Had some minor work done and was satisfied, so I opted to sign up for the monthly membership that would give certain services and discounts. Last year Elite did a full check of the house. The young man that came went through the whole house and was very helpful in explaining what he recommended and why. He was excellent (thus the 2 stars). Unfortunately, the tech I got this year was awful. He was not communicative at all and, in fact, seemed annoyed that my husband and I were asking questions. The most we got out of him was a shrug and “well it’s practically a brand new house” apparently indicating there wasn’t much for him to do. He eventually suggested a surge protector but by then we were so annoyed we just told him no and asked him to wrap up. He was here for an hour and did nothing but take the cover off our electrical panel and sit in his truck killing time. Waste of our time and the companies resources. What’s worse is when I emailed the company to explain what happened and ask to cancel our monthly membership, I got no response and had to call three additional times to get confirmation we were indeed cancelled. Time to find a new electrician.

I have used Elite Electric and Air for the past five years. Today’s service was the best so far. Robin replaced a circuit breaker, and resurrected my old doorbell chime. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Peter Arvanetes was great and very friendly. Offered genuine advice without trying to up-sell. I was so impressed with Peter’s service that I signed up for the maintenance membership.

Jimmy is very genuine, kind, very patient with answering questions and showing you how things work. He’s very compassionate. I look forward to my next tune up in 6 months. The service was stress free

This was my first time using Elite Electric and Plumbing, and the whole experience was great. They communicated with me a couple of times to let me know where the tech was, and when his time of arrival would be. Chris the technician that was assigned to service my AC unit was very knowledgeable, and had a delightful personality.

Everything including my first inquiry call, to setting up a service account, up to the day of the day of the service, was all seamless. Peter came out and performed my first scheduled maintenance service and provided an overview of my system. He was professional and got the job done! Thank you!

They might do a fine job but I will never know. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I called the day before and was told they could not tell me when they were coming but would keep me posted today on their scheduled arrival time. When I had heard nothing by noon, I called them. They said they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to get here today and I would have to reschedule. My time was of no importance to them. They didn't even bother to call to tell me they had to cancel. This must be their promised on time arrival. I will find another vendor who can provide some level of customer service as Elite clearly cannot.
