Our drains were clogged and overflowing so I called and received service within 2 hours of call. The service was excellent and our issues was resolved quick. I would highly recommend and will use again.

TERRIBLE !!!! They told me it would cost $89 to evaluate the problem, and then they'd give me a quote for the repair JOB - by the job, not by the hour - this should have been a big red flag. They rescheduled several times (and did not charge the $89), but when he arrived he wanted to do a whole house evaluation for (I think) around $700, and then the repair job would be on top of that. I had a different electrician stop by, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair work in about one hour.

Kevin was very professional - provide a detailed description of proposed work. He asked all questions - was courteous and friendly.

Michael was very professional and did a very complete inspection of my A/C system. Pointed out some potential problems and corrected them. I hope to get his service in future visits. He worked thoroughly and was not in a hurry to complete the job. I recommend him highly.

I wanted a whole-house surge protector installed after a nearby lighting strike last year and a recent power outage damaged appliances with electronic user interfaces (touchpad).

Yardiel and Matthew were pleasant and professional. I was made aware I needed separate surge protection for the A/C and TV cable. No hard sell. Just a personal education.

Everything was done quickly and I got a full explanation of what was installed and how I would know if the surge protectors need replacement after an electrical event.

The technician arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose and repair the problem. He then checked the remainder of the a/c unit and found an issue that would have soon been a problem. He checked with us to make sure we were okay with the price to fix both issues before actually doing the work. He was very nice and professional.
