Yesterday I called Elite to upgrade & repair 2 sockets. I knew my smoke dectors needed to be changed out too. CHRISTIAN arrived & began the much needed review of my electrical wiring, relieving my worry, It had never been done since purchasing my home. Curious I followed to learn how things work, Feeling like I received an education, & totally relieved , I have made plans to upgrade lighting, & other things at a later date. Thank you Christian! When Mark returned on Tuesday 3/14 he reminded me just like he did on the diagnostic visit that he wouldn’t know if there were other issues until he did the condenser cleaning and repair and got the system up and running, I understood this and hoped for the best, when the repair was completed the system came right on and started to cool, Mark stayed for almost an hour cleaning up and making sure everything was ok, but right before he left the system went down again, he performed additional diagnostics and advised me I needed a motor, being the auto industfor over 30 years I understood things completely, the very clogged and dirty condenser cause the motor to burn out but when he originally came he got it to come on but when it got hot it stopped working so he was actually trying to NOT sell me somthing I didn’t need and I appreciated him trying, he put in the motor and took the time to make several adjustments and to make sure everything was ok, he was very thorough! It’s been 3 days now and my system is working perfectly, I appreciate you Mark, also James and everyone on the phones! I am a very satisfied Elite customer

I am so pleased with my experience today! The call rep who took my call was fast and efficient and helped me get a tech out and my issue fixed, I have only had ac back for 2 hours after who knows how long, but will pray the service tech helped me 🙏🏻

I would like to share my experience with Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air. I had an issue with sudden and accidental water damage and called them for assistance. They promptly sent Wesley Simpson to help mitigate any further damage to my property. Wesley promptly diagnosed the issue that was causing the leak and repaired immediately. Unfortunately this happened on the same day that my beloved pet was being euthanized. Wesley was very empathetic and with his calm and collected demeanor he was able to give me support on this very difficult day. I thank Wesley for his assistance and Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air will be my go to for their services.

John Boyle is always polite, knowledgeable, and is happy to answer any question. John explains everything simply so that an elderly lady (me) can understand and use the system properly.

Very professional, knowledgeable … a real keeper! THE DREAM TEAM ... EZRA FORTE AND BRAIN RUSSIAN ... these two superb craftsmen were very professional and focused on the redesign, installation of a new sewage line from our home. They performed professionally and showed expert knowledge of their craft. These two worked like a hand and glove focused on the problem for 10 hours truly team work! On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a rating off the scale!

He was great. Friendly and professional; went right to work, installing new lights into two weather beaten holders. No easy task but Robin made short work of them, even though he had to give his subjects new necks! The only reason I rated his 5 stars is because there was no selection for 10 stars. Clone him!!!!

The Elite installers faced several engineering obstacles that became apparent after the initial quote, and the installers dealt with those difficulties with ingenuity and finesse. The resulting modifications required management's circumspect approval, and to my surprise and delight no additional charges were assessed.
Having engaged many a trade's person and contractor, my advice to homeowners, of course, is to seek out the best; it is hoped that your search is lessened with this review.
