AC unit was not working. The unit was 15 years old, and Juan’s knowledgeable advice convinced us to purchase a new unit. He really knows his stuff.

Stay away!! This company is 10 levels below a used car salesman. They charged exorbitant fee just to tell us what was wrong and then a extremely high quote for the repairs. We are having the work done by another company for half the price.

I moved to Port St Luce 3 years ago. Our A/C unit was undersized. We had Elite come out and suggest a replacement unit which was Lennox. We have had nothing but clogging problems with the unit. Every 3 or 4 months it clogs and each person that comes out for repair tells us something completely different. I am sick and tired of this and am getting ready to call management. Wanted to get this out there so maybe I can help someone else avoid this problem.

We had an issues with our kitchen light switch and breaker, company responded quickly had a srv tech out the next day to repair the issue.

Plumbing. Wesley is great, he is very detailed and takes time to explain. He did a great job on our bathroom remodel, and was very kind to our two busybody dogs!
