I had a great experience with this company. I had to get a new A/C unit installed in my home. Their quote was less than other estimates I obtained for the same service offered. Dave showed up on time, was very professional and finished the work within reasonable hours. Very honest people. I highly recommend them.

Great company!! Called for a tune up when a previous company did a very poor job. Very professional on the phone asking me what I needed and when they could come out which was early the following day. Even called me back to make sure the system was running and if it wasn't was going to come right out to get it working. The owner did the maintenance and was very easy going and great to talk with. Explained to me what the system needed and why. Signed up for their maintenance program which in my opinion is worth knowing somebody else is looking out for your system. Highly recommend.

Dave is hands down the best in the city. He was able to get my AC working properly after several other companies did not do complete jobs, Every time he comes out he is courteous, thorough and informative. His goal is too always take care of the customer which he accomplishes to perfection. As long as I am in this are Always Cool Inc. will be my go to for AC work.

The best AC repair company ever! Honest, trustworthy, and always does exactly what they say they are doing. Our A.C went out finally ( old unit) and they saved me from what could have been disastrous and a big financial burden. They helped us get financing and a new unit in less than a week. We have been using Always Cool for the maintenance on on our air conditioner for a couple of years now. They were originally referred to us by a friend, and as long as they are in business they will be the only company we will ever use. They are very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly. They know exactly what they’re doing, and the secretary is an absolute delight. We had an issue with our thermostat and they came right out and fixed the problem. And while they were here they also fit in the half year maintenance, since it was close to due. I can’t say enough about this company except that they are the absolute best!

It was such a pleasure to meet a gentleman that enjoys his work! Paul , owner, and his helper Ben did an amazing job in replacing my old and broken AC. Replacing it with a new AC which he stands behind! It was refreshing to have them in my home, they worked together and never saw any frustration in either one of them (which I’m sure they were getting my old Ac out)
They also worked out of my hot hot attic!

We had been having issues with our businesses AC earlier in the day and he happened to come through our business so we approached him with a quick question and he took the time to come right around without an appointment and show us what was the issue and helped us remedy it along with showing us a little more detail about our own ac unit and how it worked! He went above and beyond what was expected and this was an outstanding experience with a stellar company and worker!! Hi Floridians! Is everyone enjoying the heat & humidity? Neither was I because it was in my house when my air conditioner decided it was tired of working & quit, in 95+ degree weather!!!
The thoughts going through my mind? How much is a new unit going to cost, how fast can we get one, how many estimates should I get, who will be honest & reliable & so on.
Allow me to save you all the anguish I anticipated & the associated potential stress. Yes, I did say, “Potential”. Why, you ask? Because after calling several companies to set up estimates, luckily Always Cool, Inc was 2nd on my schedule. This is where we stopped!!
From the moment we met Dave he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional & straight forward with us (which we prefer). But wait! There’s more!
Unlike the first company that came to give us an estimate & reminded me of a pushy sales person, Dave was just the opposite! While being straight forward & honest with us he didn’t try to up sell us more expensive units, extra things we should do that really wasn’t necessary, etc.
Remember the good old days of the mom & pop shops where you were not just a number? You were a real person with real issues & you felt like long time friends whenever you contacted them. I thought those type of people & businesses were long gone BUT they’re not!
Whether we spoke with Dave or Jenny (at the office), they both literally made us feel like they sincerely wanted to help us & never once made us feel like just a number!
This company went above & beyond to help us get our new air conditioner in a timely manner. They helped us with funding resources, repeatedly told us if we need anything through this process, they were here to help & they were 100%!!! Not once did we feel alone through the process which can be stressful in itself. I highly recommend this company, you will NOT regret the decision!
On the day they installed our a/c Dave even walked me through how to setup & use our new WiFi thermostat!
