Dustin was delightfully friendly and professional. We asked lots of questions and he gave very informative responses. I’d definitely recommend Griffin and will use them again if/when the need arises.Thank you Dustin!!

Recently had a whole new unit put in (less than a month ago). The tech they sent said that would be best, our old unit was very old, so of course we went with the new unit. Two weeks after being installed the outside fan barely turns, if it does turn only stays on for a minute and shuts off, the thermostat inside stays on 81, (no matter how low we adjust it) it is extremely hot in our house, called Griffin out the same day we discovered this, they said someone would be out the next day (LIES) they texted to push us back to the next day, again (LIES), TEXTED NOT CALLED on that day to say they still couldn't make it, got pushed back to a week later July 5th they said, guess what happened yet AGAIN folks! GRIFFIN STILL CAN'T MAKE IT OUT, meanwhile we are forced to live my fans and open windows to try and keep cool in this Florida heat. Professional service my a**

We've used Griffin in the past and continue with our A/C and have always had excellent service, this time it was for Plumbing and we are just as pleased! Excellent communication from both the office and the techs!

I have had my gas fireplace serviced and a tank less water heater installed. Dustin and Kendrick (Kenny) were both professional, on time, knowledgeable and adept at these services. James was terrific! He listen to what we wanted placement wise and reason. Also fixed an outdoor faucet issue we’re having. Very polite and let us know what to expect and maintenance required on new unit

However, when he arrived at our door to repair our faulty A/C unit, he had a smile and was courteous and professional.
Bill diagnosed the problem quickly and after it was repaired remained a while to insure the A/C unit was operating correctly.
We were very pleased with Bill and the service from Griffin.

I thought I had fixed the leak under the kitchen sink, but I had concerns about pipe connection. Told Griffen it wasn't emergency but needed it looked at. Justin arrived early, checked all connections under the sink and even tightened nut that holds faucet. He showed knowlege about is job and is a asset to his company. My wife and I are extremely pleased with company's service.

I've been without air over a week waiting on parts due to a holiday. Not a problem. We now have air and it's cooling down fast. Thank you for your service.

Griffin was very responsive. They were upfront about policies and our plumber was very knowledgeable. He explained what was going on well (to non-experts) and we feel confidant in the service that was provided.

Our technician Samuel Powell was super communicative and prompt. He explained everything he was going to do in a detailed manner and had our AC up and running within the hour.
