Griffin Service

I highly recommend this company, especially Dustin!! He was so thorough and explained all our options on replacing our homes two water heaters. I got a few quotes from other companies and no one else mentioned that we would have to replace our 65 gallon tanks with 55 gallon ones. He added boosters to our tank to keep our hot water capacity similar to what we are already used to. Installation went great! Dustin was extremely professional, quick, and clean. He took the time to teach me how everything worked. Cannot recommend this company and Dustin enough!

I originally really liked this service. They did great work and were responsive, kept me up to date on what was going on. That was over 2 years ago.

As of writing this today, I had a confirmed appointment to have a broken water pipe fixed. We had no water. I missed a whole day of work just to find out that they were not going to be making it today. I tried to call and text just to find our exactly what happened. I just didn't get any answers. I called, I got some kinda call center they have setup who told me they would try to get their dispatcher on they line. There was no response. The last text they sent me was they would be here after 2pm, but no other response after I texted them again after 4pm had passed. I texted them on Facebook, and I just got an apology, but still no answers about what was going on.

I had to give up on them. It's now past 7pm and I called another service out to help me, which showed up literally within a few minutes of me calling. If you want to know who helped, it was Kingdom Based Plumbing. If they do a good job, you can bet I'll let everyone know.

As of now, I'm probably never going to use Griffin Service again. I had been a good customer to them. I called them for whatever I needed, including installing a complete A/C system on our home. There is no excuse for how poorly Griffin Service handled this.

I highly recommend Griffin Service for a water tank installation. Griffin's office was very responsive about scheduling and the next business day their technician Dustin arrived promptly for an on site inspection. He discussed 3 options/levels of service and provided detailed descriptions with quotes through an online system. Immediately after accepting an installation option a scheduler called to book me at my nearest convenience. I received email/text confirmations and a call from Dustin prior to his arrival. Dustin was courteous and professional. His work was thorough and he added several upgrades to the plumbing valves and mounting brackets. He clearly cared about the quality of his work and my satisfaction.

Anthony was kind and polite. The quote didn't take long and I never felt pressure into any decisions. Offered me two very fair quotes. He didn't offer anything that I didn't show interest in. Mentioned other options but never pushed for anything that didn't meet my specific prioritized needs ie. humidity and air quality improvements.

A/C went out in afternoon on a Sunday. Called Griffin at 3:00pm, tech arrived same day. Diagnosed and repaired issue quickly. Had us up and running. Great job!

Sam P did a great job of inspecting my system. He said overall everything looked good except he did notice my capacitor was failing so that was replaced. Quick efficient service.

Had an appointment for today. Got a text at 4:39 they can’t make it today. Will not call me back. This is an ongoing issue. Now I’m being told I have to have electrical checked and install a surge suppressor before any WARRANTY work or replacement will happen. Even though I have no electrical issues! Sounds like a scam.

Our home inspector saw dryer lint on the roof and recommended that we have the dryer vent cleaned. Our technician checked the dryer and the roof vent and pipes and found no lint anywhere. He didn't charge us for the visit, even though he certainly could have and we would never have known! It's reassuring to know there are still honest people around.

Had an overnight HVAC issue and decided to call Griffin Service after hearing their radio commercials and think if I need an HVAC company I’ll try them. I’m so glad I did! Everyone I spoke with were courteous and professional. Eddie the technician called me about 45 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he he was clean, professional and got straight to work. He didn’t try to sell me on anything and gave me plenty of options. The service was spot on and consistent with what their radio adds touted.

After visits from 2 other employees from this company, the 2 plumbers that actually did the job were awesome! Steve and Jonathan Castro were professional, pleasant and very hard working! Their work ethic is very rare these days! Please give them a raise!
