Griffin Service

90 degrees upstairs and 87 degrees downstairs!! Im on medication that makes me break out into a horrible rash when my body heat rises....so this was really miserable. We called at 9am and the technician Joey was out by 1230. Problem fixed by 130!!!! He was knowledgeable, gave excellent tips, and very kind. He explained everything he needed to do and did it...quickly and successfully! So pleased with this company. We were with 1 hour Bros and had a service contract for the last few years...paying them every month for absolutely nothing but problems. They told us they couldnt come out for a week and 2 days. No exception for service contract customers, and their "1 hour" mission statement....false advertising...last i knew 1 hour didnt equate to 9 days. We immediately called them and canceled our service contract the second Joey with Griffin left. Great news is Griffin had a far better service contract...covering much, much, more than A/C issues. We are cool and happy!!! Thank you Griffin, and thank you Joey!!!!

It’s 100 degrees outside our ac was having issues, the technician Joe S. Was there within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Issue is resolved and he did not try to upcharge for anything. Amazing service and i highly recommend griffin services to anyone.

This was my first time using Griffin. Errol and his colleagues were fabulous! Scheduling the appointment online was a breeze. I received a text and call when Errol was on his way which I really appreciated. He covered our floor and inside the kitchen cabinet and came ready to work with all of the tools he needed. We added on other services and they got it all done in the same day. Pricing was very fair. Excellent work and professional people. We will be using Griffin in the future.

I have used this company to install both my units, and one service call these guys and gals are top notch. You can see the pride in their work on the installs, and the service tech. Was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem (loose wire) quickly on a Friday at 6pm.

The entire process of getting an estimate for a new AC system and installation was great. Kyle did a great job explaining the different system and broke down how each component works. Jordan and his team did an awesome job installing the system. Jordan explained how to operate the new thermostat and filter system. He made sure no debris was left. Great company!!
