My natural gas grill needed to be hooked up by a Plumber. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood the operation of my grill and the natural gas hook up system. I feel very confident that my natural gas grill was hooked up safely and I have no reservations using the grill. I recommend Griffin Service without hesitation.

The team at Griffin was the first to respond to my request. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly and efficient. James was the technician that came to assess my shower drain repair and gave me a fast and fair estimate. He was honest with what will need to be done and they (he and Justin) were able to come the next day and get the work done. I’m satisfied with their services top to bottom and am grateful that they were willing to crawl under my historic house and make my renovation possible.

Jordan and his partner did an amazing job. They arrived early and got right to work. They installed the new AC very fast and got my home cooled off again. Thank you guys for everything

We appreciated his straight talk and that he was technical in his explanations and was also able to flip to the level of the average consumer when necessary. We were in an emergency situation. Toilets backing up into showers! With four young kids and 2 adults in the house we were desperate. Called after hours and spoke to someone who said they would put out a service call. Never heard back. We called in the morning. Got put in the schedule. Technician came. Looked at a pipe under the house, opened a sweep and stated that the slope was off and the whole line needed replacing. Fine. Great. What about now? Is there anything you can do to get us going now?? We have no toilets!! No, he said. But he did charge us $99 for an estimate, no temporary solution for our huge problem and that quick peek he took. He left us stranded in sewage. What choice did we have!?! We accepted the work proposal at 330pm that afternoon, with an automated response that ensured that a call would be sent out to schedule. We did not hear anything back. We called the next morning and was surprised to hear that our work was not scheduled!! Come to find out, there was no availability until the next day!!! Forget it. We called DAVID GRAY. They came out the same day, popped open the line, shoved a camera through and saw a wall of grease!!! Wham, bam 20 minutes later we had toilets again!! What a relief! No doubt the slope of the pipe still needs to be addressed and it will be, just not by Griffin. We needed this temporary solution to function. Y’all left us. We would have paid WHATEVER to get the emergency addressed. Your tech didn’t look. He didn’t help. Also, your communication system is terrible. Sitting here writing this review I get a text informing me that your tech is on the way for the appointment that we cancelled LAST NIGHT. No thank you, sir. No thank you. Best of luck to you.

We had Griffin give us an estimate to replace our 15 year old A/C handler and conductor. They came out the next morning and replaced it. They were professional, polite and finished sooner than expected. They leaned up nicely and showed us everything. Pricing was good…..would recommend

Eddie is friendly and very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems. He went above and beyond to ensure my system is and will stay in great condition. Eddie also helped me better understand my system to use it more efficiently.

Justin is fantastic! He got here when he said he would. He was professional and explained what needed to get fixed. He had to go pick up a part and let me know how much it was and showed me on Home Depot’s website what he was getting. Will definitely use Griffin Plumbing in the future.

Very very professional. Jimmy did a great job he even showed me how and what was going on with my drainage. He was very friendly and I definitely love the price. He was on time and he saved the day.
