Griffin Service

Called Griffin for an estimate on new pipe installation and they put a note in immediately and the next available technician (John Tuhill Jr) called me to verify if I was home and arrived promptly to my home in the time frame he indicated, SAME DAY, within 2 hours of my original request for estimate. Once he arrived, John was an excellent service tech! He was able to identify some future problem areas with existing copper pipes and was able to do an estimate for the new pipe installation to our guest house (which is currently leaking somewhere along the line and guest house without water). He was very pleasant and friendly, as well as honest and seemed dedicated to customer service. Even if we don't end up choosing Griffin for this service specifically, I am beyond impressed with the timely responses and ability to show up so quickly on site. Thus, we will absolutely use them for something in the future, potentially even this new pipe installation, after comparing all the estimates. Griffin Service certainly has exceeded expectations, and all in the matter of 2 hours. Their estimate also seems fair given research, but since it is technically the first estimate we received, we want to be sure!

Jim Bowers was fantastic in repairing my hot water tank. The unit was still under warranty and Jim called the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me in two days, going beyond the call of duty. He came out the same day it was delivered, and I had hot water by that afternoon.. I would recommend Griffin and Jim to anyone who asks!

We were very impressed with the service received … we have concerns about a hook-up for a natural gas fire pit on our lanai. Dustin, a licensed gas plumber was scheduled to come the day after I called. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He developed a solution for us and will assist with the installation when the new fire pit is delivered. He also offered to talk to the contractor to facilitate the installation even more. Great service!

James came today and he was knowledgeable and helpful.. He had been here 2 yrs ago training under Dustin, who was also fantastic. They solved a huge plumbing problem back then that another company could not figure out after 3 visits! Total professionals!!!

Brendon was courteous and friendly and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the unit he and his coworker installed. I don't remember his coworkers name. Great job with cleanup. He explained everything that he was doing in an easy to understand way. Thank you for installing my new ac it's amazing!

I called Griffin on a Saturday morning when we had discovered that the bedroom carpet adjacent to the bathroom was completely soaked with water. Griffin sent Randy out that afternoon. He quickly ruled out a slab leak and began to determine where to cut a hole in the drywall to attempt to find the leak. He cut one, perfectly rectangular, hole in the wall and found that the leak was coming from a pinhole in the toilet water supply line. Then he cut one more small hole in the wall to access the PVC pipe and fix the leak. The work took him about an hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Griffin plumbing services and Randy as well.

Dustin from Griffin repaired my 30-year old gas fireplace and it works GREAT!!! The initial visit was timely and the first technician gave me a quote and put the part on order. When the part came in, Dustin did the repair/installation of the new part, and my fireplace is back in action! He was very cordial and super professional, cleaned up as he worked, vacuumed after he was done, and overall went above and beyond what I would have expected. I highly recommend Griffin for gas fireplace repair!

I called at 9 AM because my toilets weren’t draining. The tech showed up 2 hours later, and did a cursory check of the problem. Gave me an estimate , and since I had him I asked for 4 more issues that needed addressing. He fixed all my problems in the same unscheduled visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend. Thanks Steve.

Kyle is very knowledgeable about water filter systems and has great interpersonal skills. Kyle answered all the pertinent questions and demonstrated his technical ability and expertise while writing our project. Angie made sure that I got an appointment and was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience with Griffin technician.

Tech was early to the appointment, quickly identified the issue, was up front with options and installed a new water heater in under 2 hours.
