Rolf Griffin Service Experts

We have been with Rolf for many years. They are great to work with. With the extreme cold, two pipes busted in our home over Christmas. Jordan was awesome. He was able to get to the pipes and repair them. We now have water again. We have used them many times for our plumbing needs. We also use them for our heating and air.

We just had our first service plan visit. The teams were very personable and knowledgeable. I have full confidence in their observations and recommendations. I'd highly suggest their services for anyone needing reliable work.

The service technician, Andrew, was very thorough with his inspection and service of our 13 year old central air conditioner. He took the time to show me where the system was showing signs of wear, and explaining what he would recommend to maintain the unit and maximize its remaining term. The sales consultant, Shaun, was very helpful in explaining the service options, maintenance contracts, and eventual replacement options. Both Andrew and Shaun were professional and pleasant to work with.

Seth was our service technician. He called before arriving and was very polite when coming into our home. Of course our 2 dogs greeted him and he was just fine petting them hello. After he finished servicing our heater, he went over the service checklist in detail with me.

We needed a new water heater. Of course, we knew that we wanted Rolf Griffin to do the job. Our service plumber was Grant Hall. He called to see if we would be available for an earlier appointment time which was super! The installation was smooth & efficient. Upon completion, he checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. We would definitely recommend this company & this tech.

I had a new ac , furnace and water heater installed. Steve and Jaren did an amazing job . I had a very old boiler heat . They went above and beyond making everything look nice and clean. They were on time , communicated well regarding the project and were very knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about the service .

Had an AC issue and Adam T. with Rolf Griffin, thankfully he responded the same day and got right to work solving the issue. Very professional and clearly knew his work well. Answered all my questions while he was working and explained the issues in detail that made sense to me. Always good to learn from the professionals. Had us fixed up in an hour. Also explained the service plan options which we’ve used since we built our house 4 years ago. They service our equipment twice a year and it has caught a few issues before they became bigger problems. Also saves you money on the service calls too. Definitely recommend that option. Make sure you ask for Adam.

We had Andrew Arambula to our house on 6-26-23 for air conditioner not working. He was professional and courteous and got everything back up and running for us. Really appreciated all of his help. Great people to do business with.

My service technician Andrew A. (#579) was extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining what he was doing, and what needed to be done to get my air conditioning functioning properly. He apologized that the issue that was found during what was to be a AC Tuneup was more than just a cleaning.

He provided me with options and was realistic at setting my expectations of timing for the repair as well.
