Nick Vandersloot was a great experience for me as my HVAC TECH. He took time to explain a broken connector and even showed the part to me. Felt very comfortable working with him.

This is the second time I have used Rolf Griffin for plumbing services. They have been courteous and efficient each time. Jordan and Tucker came out this last time and were able to fix the issue. Their customer service is superb. I appreciate that they explained what the issue was and gave me options as to how to best fix it, along with giving me quotes before proceeding. When they were finished they reviewed everything with me and provided me with education to avoid future issues. It gives me peace of mind that this is a company that I can trust to not only get the job done but also makes me feel like a valued customer.

My water heater starting leaking on our day of the big snow. my technician Ryan T. was here in short order, sized up the problem,, went and got a new unit. He had to shovel my drive to be able to get the unit in my house. He also helped me move a few things. I had had surgery within the week and was not allowed to lift anything heavy. He was sweet, polite and finished the job in short order. Hats off to Ryan. He can come back any time.

I had a water softener system installed - the techs tested the system after install, gave me the run down on how it works and what all I should know/look out for with the system. Both techs were helpful -

Jordon and Brian were here today to replace the drain in my bathroom sink and, more importantly, to retrieve an earring. They were knowledgeable, efficient and good humored, a class act. Great service! Thank you, guys.

Had Jordan come out and do some plumbing work that I've been needing done for a while. He did a great job and was done quickly relative to the job. Highly recommend.

Brad and Michael teamed up to do a great job on our annual furnace maintenance. Replaced filter and humidifier media, cleaned burners, ignitors and checked operation of electronics. Very efficient and thorough. They provided a report with no findings; Reassuring to know that our furnace will continue providing warmth throughout the heating season.

Our sump pump stopped working properly and water was starting to come onto the floor. We called around 5pm and they were at our house at 7 and fixed our sump pump and charged us $99. Another local company wanted $260 just to come out. This was our first experience with Rolf Griffin and it won’t be the last. Sounds cheesy I know. Thank you!
