Rolf Griffin Service Experts

Rolf Griffin Svc. scheduled us for same day service. I was skeptical, then surprised, then pleased. Service Expert Adam Taylor showed up 6 hrs. later, identified the furnace problem, discussed repair and other options, and then completed the repair. Thank you Rolf, scheduling and technician Adam are the best.

Tim Stoner and Nick Vandersloot were great to meet and to get figurine out what I needed to replace my old unit, I am highly pleased with them

Showed up in the time frame that was set. Very friendly. Bradley 488 and Michael 587, told me everything that was performed on our home comfort system. They didn't just slap a filter in and give me a price, they told me about the filter and didn't try and push their own they had with them on me ( I took it anyway though). Every team member that has showed up has always been courteous, and puts the shoe covers on. Even minded distance during and after covid. Very good company and recommended across the board.

Evan Bennett was the technician who came out to assess our plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He had great suggestions and helped us figure out what the problem was.

Bought a new furnace and ac unit from them a year and a half ago and they’ve been working great. Matthew B came out and did routine maintenance on them today and was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Rolf Griffin.
