Update! We just had Evan and Doug back out to the house for a couple of small issues that were not related to their prior visit. We thought we could handle the minor issues ourselves but it was more than we were able to handle. They came back out and did another great job for us at a reasonable price. Giving another FIVE STARS! Thank you so much!

I needed a quick repair and called Rolf Griffin after reading their many positive reviews. Evan and Doug were prompt, courteous and professional. They found the issue and repaired it. They also took time to show me exactly what was wrong and gave some tips to prevent the problem in the future. The price was very reasonable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Scheduled my A/C tune up, got on the service schedule quicker than I expected. Andrew A #579 arrived on time and was extremely helpful and courteous, at the end of the service he asked me if I had any questions or concerns or needed anything explained. Very happy with the whole process beginning to end definitely would recommend and will continue to work with Rolf Griffin svc.

We had a pipe split under our sink that was attached to an outdoor faucet. The technicians were helpful, efficient, and quick.
The amount we were charged was EXTREMELY overpriced. The faucet retails online for $52. They took less than a 1/2 hour to replace it. We were charged $465.60. That seems extremely excessive. When I called the office and asked for a break down of the charges I was told rather unpleasantly "this is what Corporate tells us to charge". I was told they DO NOT break it down by trip charge, labor, and parts and again this is what we are told to charge. I also found that interesting because when I asked if I could use their $50 online coupon the technician told me that he did not charge me a trip charge which was a better discount than using the coupon. I think it's ridiculous that they feel justified in charging whatever they want. I would not recommend them to others.

On-time service provided by Evan #518 & Doug #589. They explained the whole situation related to my service, executed the tasks and then clean the area. Payment was processed and invoice was received via email in a few minutes. Extremely efficient the whole service. Thanks

Nick Clouse, the technician came to my barbershop on 5/31/23 and did a WONDERFUL job for me and my business. He was early and took care of my air condition needs professionally. He even gave me info of getting a service agreement which I will in 2024, the only reason I did not yet is because the units are only one year old. HE IS A GREAT TECHNICIAN AND PERSON. I recently had the pleasure of working with Austin G. and Andrew M. from Rolf Griffin on some plumbing issues in my home, and I must say, they were an absolute delight to work with!

First of all, Andrew M. was lightning-fast at diagnosing the problem and getting started on the solution. I barely had time to offer him a cup of coffee before he was knee-deep in pipes and fittings. But not to be outdone, Austin G. tackled the more challenging tasks with enthusiasm and gusto. It was like watching a master chef take on a difficult recipe with confidence and skill.

Together, these two plumbing powerhouses were like a dynamic duo of drain-clearing and pipe-fixing. They worked seamlessly together, with Austin G. providing the muscle and Andrew M. providing the brains. It was like watching a perfectly choreographed dance, only with wrenches and plungers instead of tights and tutus.

All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Austin G. and Andrew M. from Rolf Griffin. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly, they got the job done right. Evan and Doug came out to clear a tub drain for me and they were amazing! Professional, explained everything, and were quick to get it taken care of. They were even conscious of not letting my cats out. FIve stars and I'll definitely use again!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink over the weekend. Contacted Rolf as we have used them before with great results and Jordan called back within 5 minutes to set appointment for the next morning. He was here as promised. Jordan is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue and had the parts to make a speedy repair. Would highly recommend this company and thanks to Jordan for making this issue as painless as possible.
