Damon Ellis arrived at our house to check our furnace. He was on time and went right to work. He was polite and did A great job checking our furnace. He was very thorough! Rolf Griffin is A wonderful company! If you need your furnace serviced call them!

Nick Vandersloot has serviced my air conditioner and heating several times. He is polite, competent, personable and very knowledgeable. I trust him entirely and take his advice about any additional services I may need.

Matthew (Berg) did a great job on the furnace check up. He called in advance to let me know when he was coming, was respectful and kind to my dog who greets enthusiastically. Matthew answered my questions and was polite.

Great work, price, and very professional. Evan was great. He was even able to explain the repairs I needed to be done to my wife, lol. I appreciated his knowledge and skill with the repairs I needed to get done. They were on time, job done right and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys, especially Evan!

I'm so - so after my last experience. The people are 5 stars for politeness. Great people and good quality work. I'm not impressed with the communication/knowledge from those people. For example: I was told a 30 gallon water heater was enough for 4 people or that it is normal to have a max home temp of 60 during sub zero weather. I do give them some slack because the labor market is tight right now.

Austin Crow came to our rescue today. Constant rain, hail and snow inundated our area. Our sump pump failed and water flooded our basement. Within an hour of calling for help, Austin showed up and reset the pump so it would at least take care of the flooding. He drove back to their warehouse in terrible weather to pick up a replacement and returned to install it within 45 minutes.

Austin C was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain and show us his work.

Another great service call by Rolf Griffin. Technician Matthew Berg showed up right on time and professionally completed the maintenance on my air conditioner to keep it running smoothly. Matt also answered my questions about keeping my unit tarped in the winter to keep out unwanted tree debris. See you in the fall when my furnace is ready for maintenance:)

Very effective service call by Ryan T - 450, Mike P - 587, and Cooper - 556. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. Very friendly and skilled team. Have been using Rolf Griffin for the last ten years and never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
