The Griffin Service Team is great. Technicians were professional, thoughtful and great at their respective trades.

I had electrical and plumbing repairs and bathroom fans installed. The house looks great!!!

As always, great professionalism and very knowledgeable! 5 stars for each of the issues I had them take care of. Most definitely will be using Griffin Services again any time I need something!! The Griffen Service team showed up on time and got right to work replacing 2 HVAC systems and a duct cleaning. They were professional the entire 10 hours they were there and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care to even mop the floor after they swept. The price was fair as well! I would highly recommend them.

I don't usually write a review.But,I was so impressed I felt compelled to do so. Matthew Sours & Paul Pennington did an exemplary job.They we're very knowledgeable and worked very well together. I was quite impressed with the whole process.And they even cleaned up after. Thank you guys for all your hard work. I would also like to thank Tracy for for helping me with the financial process,she explained everything in detail.And worked very hard to get me a good price. 12 months ,no interest. Thanks for your help .

Very professional, courteous. They give a notice when they are on the way. They came out to check my ac and discovered the refrigerant is leaking. They will be replacing my AC next week.
Update: they just replaced my AC. It works great.

Matthew and his assistant from Griffin Service did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater. They were professional and courteous. Matthew thoroughly explained everything he installed and asked if he could help with anything else. They always knocked before entering my house, wore booties so as to not track in dirt and cleaned everything up when they were done. Besides the new water heater I couldn't even tell they had been there! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Curtiss was a very nice man and explained what he thought that i needed. To be honest, I think that it is a pretty high charge for a 3 year old HVAC unit. I at no time did I think that I was getting any type of bargain. Maybe I will feel better after the work is done and i have an extended period of no issues. So I expect a PROMPT repair with good results and an extended time period of no issues. I signed up now Griffin needs to deliver

Randy with Griffin was absolutely fantastic. He was super professional and courteous. Randy jumped right in and quickly assessed the problem, discuss the solution and quoted me a price I could live with that included a service guarantee. I truly appreciate him and the Griffin team and will definitely be using them again and referring them to family and friends.

James called ahead to make sure his arrival time would be convenient. Promptly started the replacement of our tub valve in the master bathroom. Kept communication lines open of everything that was happening. Upon completion, he cleaned up as if he were never there. Did a great job and would recommend James for anyone needing plumbing work done 👌

Brandon and Lee provided excellent information on A/C units and let us decide which we preferred. Installation was done quickly and efficiently! They were both awesome!!! They were a pleasure to have at my home! Because of them, if we need a service again, we will call you guys!!!
