David was very professional the company was very caring about fixing my problem. They put their heads together and finally figured out what was wrong with my air conditioner.. Friday 6 pm - of course, my AC stopped working 😫 Gabriel responded to my message and arrived to fix the problem! He was courteous, professional and knowledge. Thank you Gulf Coast AC!!

Gabriel arrived to my home the first time at 2 pm ( we called in the am) as he said he would be.
Very professional with appearance and attitude. He had to order a part and was back within the week for the fix and some little extras he did.
I will purchase a yearly AC service contact from them as well.
Highly recommend for timely service and price.

These guys are awesome. Called Todd and they were able to come within an hour. Gabriel the technician was very nice and identify the problem right away. No pressure or hard sale tactics. Just simple good old fashioned business and reasonable fees. This is the beginning of a great relationship for me as I would not survive without my AC...Thanks guys!

We had an issue with our A/C system. Todd and his team were very prompt, diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly for us. Gulf Coast Heating and AC is the best, most honest and trustworthy HVAC company we have ever used. They respond quickly, arrive in time and give us honest answers. We recently had them replace our entire Heat Pump and Gabe, the tech we always request and Tristan did a great job. Everything was cleaned up even better than when they arrived.

From the initial phone call with Todd, followed up by an automated text message confirming my appointment, and a courtesy call from the technician (Gabe) to let me know he was in route, I had no doubt this company was top-notch. Within a short amount of time my A/C was fixed and running perfectly. I am extremely satisfied and I would feel very confident in recommending this company to anyone.
