Gulf Coast Heating & AC

Excellent company! I was in need of a new A/C system as mine was pushing 17 years old and Gulf Coast was referred to me. I received a text and phone call when the estimator was on the way. Agreed on a price and received another text and phone call when the installers were on the way. The complete system change-out was done in one day and looks great! Very professional work, honestly everything looks perfect! Communication throughout and everything was done on time. Everybody I talked to was very courteous and knowledgeable. Upon completion I also received a folder with contact info if needed for service, the unit model numbers, warranty info and instructions on how to obtain an energy credit from my power company. 5 Stars A++++ experience!

Great service. I’ve had multiple interactions with different members of the team (Randy, Gabriel, David and others).

We had two services done in our house this year:
1. Replaced furnace (multiple days/interactions due to some permit requirements) and 2. Blown condenser capacitor (diagnostic and replacement)

In both cases, service was great and the team took the time to walk me through my options and they were patient when answering my 1000s of questions.

David has been amazing both times we’ve called Gulf Coast out! Today, he was here in 10 min!! Talk about a quick response! Work done quickly and everything explained well. We will be using Gulf Coast for all our future preventative maintenance and service needs.

There were no surprises with pricing (not to mention they offered the most competitive price) and the quality of customer care and professionalism was unmatched. Although we had no AC, they made the situation much more bearable with how they handled the entire replacement project. Don’t look any further! These are the folks you want!

I needed a new outdoor unit and these guys took care of me. They were booked up and found a way to fit me in as I had a baby that couldn’t tolerate the heat very much. They were very professional and communicated well. It felt like I had friends in the business that wanted to get our house cool. The best part was that their pricing was competitive. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone.

Gabriel was kind and just happened to be in the area so came over quickly:) It was an easy patch up job and done so fast - it was great! The only down side was the cost:( $140 yikes! high for a little glue and tape:( I should have "YouTubed" and saved the $....

I cannot be happier with them! They gave me a time and Gabriel was here exactly at that time and called ahead just like they said he would. I'm impressed that I received such rapid service. Also, Gabriel is great, very honest and explains everything thoroughly. I'm so happy and he's not even finish yet but I do feel cool air so it's going in the right direction!!

Todd and his team have consistently provided top-shelf service over the last 20 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and strive to provide the excellent service I have come to expect. They have spoiled me and in this day and age when so many service providers force us to sit and wait for them and behave as though they are doing us a favor.....these guys go above and beyond! They are the BEST!!!

I have used Gulf Coast multiple times and have Always been very happy with the service. They do a great job and I recommend them to everyone that needs AC work. They were recommended to me by a parts supplier as a company that just fixes what needs to be fixed and not just replace everything. Honest people that really support you.
