Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. My AC condenser fan went out in the late evening so I looked on google and found one with amazing reviews: Gulf Coast! And I noticed a technician Gabriel whose name appeared a lot for great service. So I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out in a few hours! And guess who showed: Gabriel! He was fast, courteous, professional, and did the exact repair I needed for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend!

WONDERFUL Could not ask for a better company. Everything was professionally handled. One nice gentleman stayed at my house until 10 pm to find out what was wrong with my drain and came up with a fantastic way to fix it. Every single person in the company made me feel valued. I got over 8 estimates and theirs was the third lowest but I do not feel as if I got a cut rate system. In fact it was the same one offered by the most expensive companies. Turn to them if you need work done on your unit you will not regret it. I have had my systems for years now and I would never look for another company. Fully intend to be a customer for life

I paid $89, for Gulf Coast to come out and then a $225 leak check. Technician found a leak at the dryer filter, then detected a "leak" on the top right corner, evap coil. Got a $1900 estimate. Had a tech come out right after from a different company and he was able to repair the dryer filter the same day and he could not find a leak anywhere inside, at the evap coil. I watched him look with his device. I did not see "Gulf Coast" tech do the leak check (should have). The other, honest Technician showed me how simple a Technician can make the equipment go off to read or beep. It's quite simple. Anyway, the dryer filter leak was obvious, you could literally see it leaking. But the inside "leak and replace Entire evap coil" was a SCAM, and I want a refund for $225 for wasting my time and giving me a bs diagnosis and estimate.

Gabriel came out and was very professional and a cool guy. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and easily explain the issue. Work was done in very reasonable time. He even diagnosed a potential minor issue that could cause big problems in the future. I had him take care of it as well. Total cost was very competitive. I will definitely be using this company again. A+

Excellent service and communications have been a welcome standard from this company over the last year. I purchased a townhome in the area a little over a year ago with an older AC unit and had Gulf Coast come out to service it since they were right around the corner. Their technician was on time and professional and the owner also stopped by on the same service call to meet me and see how things were going. Since then, I've called them twice for emergent repairs to my AC system that they were able to promptly schedule (next day or sometimes same day depending on when it occurred).

Finally, two months ago my old AC unit truly hit the wall and required replacement. I called Gulf Coast up and spoke with them about services, and they were able to refer me to their sales team who coordinated with me to inspect my home and unit to see what would be needed for a replacement. The sales tech was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable and was able to quickly turn that inspection into a series of quotes for different units with a variety of SEER ratings and options for me to choose from. Once I made my selection they were able to install it a few days later and the new system install went great. Trustworthy guys who really do want to retain your business and genuinely are interested in building a customer relationship and not just get paid for a bunch of service calls. I highly recommend them and will be using them for the foreseeable future in Pinellas Park, although with the new unit hopefully I won't have to much :)
