Recently had new AC Unit installed. Gulf Coast was wonderful from start to end. Consulted with us and was very responsive to our input in finding the right unit with the right specs at the right price, honoring the research we did instead of trying to "sell" us something. Installation crew arrived on time, wearing PPE and very sensitive to current climate (Covid-19) during installation process. They finished quickly and informed us where we were at every step of the way. Office followed up to make sure everything went well. These people know how to communicate! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Gulf Coast Heating & AC surprised me with professional, timely and affordable AC service on March 27, 2020. My AC went out midday on a Friday, and Gulf Coast sent out their technician Gabriel within two hours of our call. The company explained potential "charges" up front and never deviated from their repair estimation. My final bill was actually lower than the estimate and beat past companies that offered lower initial estimates only to inflate the bill later on. The AC breakdown involved a technical issue that required adept AC and electrical knowledge, and Gulf Coast was the perfect company for the job. Randy was great. Very professional explaining the issue and what he was doing. He also made sure I was ok with thr price before proceeding. I was very impressed.

AMAZING company! The technicians showed up on-time (so rare these days!) and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They laid-out all options to me, informing me of the pro's and con's of each choice. No pressure, and they let me choose what I wanted--even down to how many pounds of coolant I wanted (with the price per pound). No frills, no generic "it'll be $xx or it'll be bad" sales pitches.

Details: The capacitor went out, and resulted in a blown breaker. The system was low on coolant already (older system). I opted to have them replace the capacitor and top-off the coolant. Everything was done fast and professionally.

So thankfully for these guys! They came out and were very professional, and understanding. Had troubles with my motor and they replaced it quickly and painless. Todd has been amazing when it comes to customer service. Thanks again guys! Very happy and feeling cool!!

Called with an emergency issue and Gabe was incredibly responsive. He couldn’t come right away but got me on the schedule first thing the next morning and gave me pointers on how to remedy the issue myself. We will definitely call Gulfcoast again if we have any issues.

The fastest and best AC service ever. Todd was so kind to get Gabriel out so quickly and get our AC working efficiently. An overall great experience from sales/estimate to the work being done. My ductwork was damaged and leaking. The technicians were on time and very courteous. The main section of trunkline was replaced along with new return and supply plenum.Everything was explained perfectly. I will definitely be using them as my AC company going forward.
