I called this business this morning and a technician was sent out by the name David. He was very professional and courteous and above all that honest. He reprogrammed our thermostat to our a/c unit and solved our problem.He could of said we need a new thermostat but he was very honest and I highly recommend this company

Todd Bellamy and his technician Robert went above and beyond to make sure my A/C system was operating correctly in a rental property I own.Todd the owner went out of his way to meet his on call technician out at the property to make sure they found the problem and then made several phone calls back to the tenant to make sure all was well and the system was working correctly. So many A/C companies are just out to sell you a new system where as Gulf Coast will do every thing they can to get your system up an running. Gabriel was fabulous - I have rental properties and had an AC go out after 5 on a Friday - he came right out and was able to troubleshoot the problem. He stayed around to make sure it was working and gave contact info in case we had any further problems!!

Gabriel came out to take a look at the ac. Couldnt believe how quickly he came. Found the issue right away and fixed it. Maybe took 3 hrs combined from the time we called. Couldnt be happier! Gabriel was very nice and knowledgeable. Seemed like a fair price. Especially for weekend work. Highly recommend!
