I was so impressed by Mr. Karinen's professionalism and thorough work. It can only be described as excellent. Mr. Karinen went above and beyond repairing our leak, as well as checking and re-checking his work ensuring the leak had ceased and everything was functioning properly. He answered all our questions along the way and I could not have been more impressed. I will be recommending Nathan to all those who are in need of a plumbing expert with mannerisms of professionalism and quality service!

I had water backing up through my 1st floor toilet when I showered or did laundry. Tristan with Savannah, Ga Hers & His Plumbing worked tirelessly until the problem was resolved. He was professional, respectful and it was very apparent he truly cared about my plumbing problem. Tristan is a KEEPER! I highly recommend Hers & His plumbing and Tristan.

Josh is a hard worker great attitude and accomplished this hard task that had my husband and I extremely worried .it was extremely late he seem tired but pushed through and gave us peace by his professionalism. He made sure our property wouldn't get ruined by alerting us ahead of time explaining the work and couse & effects of the snaking out the tub & toilet he spend the time he needed to make sure everything was done correctly we have had many bad experiences with past plumers but I will tell you if anyone has a problem with Josh re evaluate because it could be the customer 😉 I give him a 5 🌟".

I had an appointment on December 7, 2021 between 200pm to 1700 pm. Be mindful it starts getting dark. The technician did not have the decency to call to say he was running late. I called the number and the young lady was pleasant , but rude somewhat. She was trying to apologize for the technician. As i stated to her he should’ve called it’s a business. I told her i was going to write a review and advise fpl she said do that and i did.

Came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and was very courteous, and professional.
