Hers and His Plumbing Heating and Air

We had a clogged sink. He removed the pipe and got water all over the floor. It took 3 towels to clean it up. He made a phone call outside, and left w/o saying a word. We had to call the company, which explained that the snake the plumber had was not long enough. We explained to the lady that answered the phone that the plumber just left w/o saying a word, she answered “ I don’t know, I wasn’t there.” We had to reschedule with another company and have to now wait two more days to get the sink fixed . His and Hers made our plumbing problems worse and they didn’t even apologize!

Jerry was extremely professional and courteous. He called to say he was on the way, and handled the issue quickly. Would definitely use them again!

Technician was GREAT! Very knowledgeable about his field and trouble shooting issues. Friendly. Dispatcher was very effective and expedient from start to arrival of technician.

Casey was very nice and did a good job changing out my water heater. I thought install was expensive. I paid under $600.00 for water heater and $1,600 for install. Pricy don’t you think for install.

Fantastic. Great family owned business. Prompt, professional and very reasonable on pricing. Really looking to help unlike a lot of plumbers who are just trying to see what they can get out of you.

Toilet was running non stop. It was annoying but worse, it caused an increase in my water bill. I could not let that continue so I reached out to my service warranty company and they connect me with Hers and His. The service was GREAT!!

When Will came to fix the leak under my kitchen sink, was an easy fix as one of the pipes wasn’t properly tightened! Took him all of 7 minutes, but he was so gracious!

Listen to the reviews for the people who DO NOT recommend! Of course, like everyone else this company was picked though my home warranty. REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE. The company doesn't even answer the phone. I had to call and text the technician who came to do the work just to even get a response. The work was done and the technician was great but the cost is the issue. I asked for a receipt and a breakdown of the cost and that couldn't be given to me. YET they made a plan with the home warranty company on what I pay versus what is covered. If there is no breakdown, then how does anyone know? They only give you the total cost, so numbers are being pulled out of the air. Save yourself the trouble.
