It is not often that I drop everything to write a good review. Yes, we've all been so angry that we have jumped online to write a scathing review, but a sterling review? It is rare. I'm delighted to say that this is one of those times.

Our house has had sewer issues intermittently in the year since we have owned it. Three plumbers have been called out, only to quickly complain that something was put down the toilet that should not have been (not true and a lazy way out of a problem), causing the shower on one side of the house to back up and the toilets to overflow. No solution was ever proposed and no one took the time to investigate the reason. Cameras? Nope. They didn't want to do it. Until now.

Cody Barton took the time to diagnose the real issue and to offer three concrete solutions. He put a camera down the cleanout and showed me the footage on his screen. His explanation was clear and understandable, and he was immensely patient, answering all my many questions. Additionally, Mr. Barton was professional, friendly, considerate, and above all, he took the time needed to solve this problem.

I also have to give a shout out to HomeServe, who sent this highly competent plumber. I have had good luck with HomeServe at my house in Arizona as well.

Installation of a new garbage disposal. Came to our home with a new garbage disposal just in case it needed to be replaced. It needed to be replaced and was done within a half hour.
