From start to finish, we had a great experience with Anthony's Cooling-Heating, and Electrical. Unfortunately, Adam diagnosed our old central air-con with a failing motor. We decided to check out their prices of buying and installing a new unit. Jim, Anthony's experienced Sales Representative came a few days later and explained the options that were available. We went with American Standard which is said to be number one. Frank, Joe and Jonah, the savy, polite, super knowledgeable technician/installers for Anthony's, arrived on time and got to work right away. The new Unit runs like a charm. The technicians cleaned up well and took away all the old, air-con, corroded parts etc. Thanks Anthony's for a job well done. Please forgive us but we failed to mention Oscar the attentive supervisor who came by to check on all the employees who were working hard to get the air-con installed. We also wanted to acknowledge Jullian the admin/scheduler who quickly took care of us. Thanks again all.

Anthony's was fantastic, they were recommended by my neighbor and were great to deal with. Communication from start to finish was great, the price was fair and the work was excellent, highly recommend. I needed mine installed flush to the garage ceiling in order for my cars to fit and they handled that flawlessly.

The engineer that provided the quote, Jim, was very knowledgeable and able to explain what options were available and what might be best for our situation. He also made a very thorough analysis of the existing system and made some recommendations which was very helpful. The techs, Jake and helper Teddy, worked very hard to get the system installed in just one day. They were very responsive to questions and did a great job getting the system put in, clean up done and educating us on the use and settings for the new system. We would definitely recommend Anthony's to anyone needing to have their AC and heating system maintained, upgraded and replaced.

A little more than 6 weeks in and the unit stopped working. Turned out to be a minor issue with the drain line being stopped up. However, it took some effort on my part to get a response. After a couple of calls, I was able to get someone to tell me what the error code meant and was able to get the unit started again myself, but still wanted to have it checked out. They did arrange for a technician to come out, Anthony, and together we managed to get the drain line cleared and the unit operational again. We are quite happy with Anthony's and plan to sign up for annual preventative maintenance for sure. It's a great unit and the modifications made to the trunk lines, increased vent lines, etc., have made a huge difference in the home.

Holy cow! What a great experience from the technician, Noel, and Anthony’s Cooling! The company who installed the HVAC 7 years ago has really gone down hill. They were just here to do the semi annual nearly two months ago and he obviously didn’t clean out the line. The AC quit working because the drain line was clogged. Well that old company quit emergency service! A family member recommended Anthony’s, and they came in a few hours— on a Sunday! I’m going to only use Anthony’s from now on!

Chandler was our electrician and did a fabulous job! He was quick, very knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and explained any of my questions. We have a new electric company now and it’s Anthony’s! Very highly recommended!

Jim was to our home to discuss, at length, the replacement of our AC System. He discussed with us our concerns and which system would best fit our needs along with several other factors we would need in order to make our decision. We had two other companies give us quotes and Anthony's was the one we chose. There are several other items Anthony's will be taking care of that the other's never even mentioned.
Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very empathetic to the fact we are without air when the temperature INSIDE our home is 83 degrees.
Shortly after he left, Jim sent a technician to our home and Dave, ANOTHER, professional and knowledgeable repair technician from Anthony's, was able to get our system running while we wait for the install of our new unit.

My A/C recently broke down. I needed a new one and narrowed down my options to Anthony's and one other company. After meeting with my Anthony's Comfort Consultant, David C., I felt comfortable purchasing my new A/C from them. David C. was thoughtful, thorough and not pushy at all. He simplified the purchasing process and gave me pricing options that fit my budget. He did not try to sell me on A/Cs outside of my price range. Dylan C. and Clay installed my new unit. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. The install went smoothly and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend David C., Dylan C., Clay and the team at Anthony's.

Adam the service tech was very polite and professional. He was on time and completely checked out our air conditioner and got it working for us. He informed us of the service contract plan going forward which we did take advantage of. More people should have employees like Adam. I am a very satisfied customer.

Called in a panic for emergency service since our floor was flooding from water leaking from our A/C. It was July 4th Holiday. Noel was at our house 1/2 hour after our call after finishing up on a job elsewhere. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what the problem was and explained in detail how he would repair it, the expected cost, and also how to maintain the system so that it would not happen again. Can't thank them enough for the quick response and thank you Noel!
